SCAM ALERT! BEWARE OF BITVINO!
SCAM ALERT! Not a real crypto wallet nor an exchange! BITVINO doesn’t have apps for iOS and Android as advertised, it’s just a website scam and all accounts share the same Wallet address (impossible in the crypto world, because each address should always be unique).
Some guy tried to scam me when buying a car from me, saying that he could not move the funds out of BITVINO first because he “did not have ETH for gas fees just USDT” so he could only transfer funds to other BITVINO accounts.
Since I wanted the crypto in my trusted wallet, not in an unknown one to close the deal, I sent him $15 ETH for gas fees standing there beside him. The was transaction sent correctly and processed OK, but didn’t show up in his wallet. (TX HASH: 0xc85ac2b94ad97884e3e17f53f481a69d1a89e8604931a7430fe7a35ac5027fa6 / SCAM ADDRESS: 0xf2289d55cab64480fbe65d43d0f2a1cb8eddda68).
So I then sent him another $5 but now in USDT through TRX (TX HASH: 4a7acb8123f552645301f8754addc71d2abfbb61d1976a4a44ee7c1ddc0fbad5 / SCAM ADDRESS: TYHygXEqwmU7NMxBcA8Pg2arSzY1yGvEk7), again standing beside him and the transaction processed correctly on my side and marked OK as sent, but did not show up in his wallet again.
So I then opted to open an account at BITVINO to test sending $10 to myself and then I noticed that the wallet address I was getting for receiving funds to my supposedly new walllet, was the the same address I had already tried using for sending funds to the scammer/fraudster! (Same as addresses I just pasted above).
Long story, short: Since he was still there beside me, I told him to either call customer service or “the IT guy that helped him set it up”, and when he could pay me the funds at my trusted wallet, only then we could close the deal. Phew that was close!
So yes, BITVINO is a SCAM/FRAUD and not a real wallet or exchange, the on-chain crypto scanners later showed that the funds are redirected immediately to other addresses as soon as they hit the fraudulent address. And even though it cost me $20 in funds to find out. gladly I did not fall for it and avoided losing $66k for a vehicle sale paid with non-existent crypto!
BEWARE OF THE SCAM/FRAUD!!
(I pasted above the Tx Hashes and the fraudulent Wallet Addresses for reference!)
