BKS Consultancy (Kaleem) is fast, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, the best IT consultant I have worked with to support my business needs. He recommended best on the market computer products right for my IT needs, offering a cost saving and a brilliant level of customer service with an easy to understand package offering. Punctual, professional, patient
Kaleem responds very quickly, is expert in all things technical, thinks creatively to solve problems, and is patient with the inexpert end user. Life is so much easier now I have everything working well together, from Sky TV to laptop and mobile, plus new wireless booster giving more reliable internet connection to desktop PC. Highly recommend!

Office 365
I had an issue with my laptop, I had lost my Office365. I called Kaleem and he resolved my issue within 30 mins. He was calm and so helpful and I was amazed that he picked up the phone at 6.30 in the evening. Fantastic service.

It's never too late to learn!
Having been born too early to have worked with computers, have found it a long hard learning curve. With family and friends all over the world e-mails are a wonderful help - being able to send photos - an added delight. Definitely required some 'hand-holding' to share some very old memories of the 1950-1970's. Very grateful for the help I have always received.

Why I would try BKS Consultancy first
I have known Kaleem for more than 15 years and during that time he has rescued me , from my own mistakes, on many occasions. I can honestly say that he has never let me down. He has always been reliable and over the years I have been able to recommend him to my friends and other companies. The feed back has always been positive.
I would trust him with any advice he gave me knowing that it would be in my best interest.
