Excellent customer service
I ordered a couple of parts for my kitchen. One arrived but the other didn’t. I phoned the shop and my call was answered immediately. They couldn’t have been more helpful and quickly had a replacement dispatched. I would 100% recommend them.

Great service
The ordering process was easy. There was a minor hitch but a very pleasant gentleman telephoned to explain the issue and resolved it. The delivery was speedy. All in all, an excellent service was provided.

Having ordered my items they were…
Having ordered my items they were dispatched as two items. One extra long part was damaged on route. I emailed the company and they made sure the new part was with me the following day. Communication was excellent.

Item was not in stock so the company phoned me to check that I could wait for the delivery and offered a refund if I didn't want to wait. Item arrived when they said it would. Friendly and helpful communication
