I ordered and paid for goods on Friday July 17th and received an acknowledgement. No goods have been delivered and all we have received is a request to provide a rating on Trustpilot. I sent an e-mail to BK but no response has been received. AVOID

Very very impressed with speed of delivery and quality of product. Thank you very much! Bk services triumphed over the big kitchen retailers and did an excellent job of delivering splash back within 24 hours of ordering, especially under current circumstances

Easy, fast and accurate
Ordered Sunday night, they shipped on Monday morning and parts arrived Tuesday. Parts were exactly as ordered. All despite covid-19.

Ordered door knobs product 12 days ago…
Ordered door knobs product 12 days ago and its still not delivered. Followed up by e-mail 3 days ago asking for an update and no response to this mail either. I appreciate it's a busy time for couriers and that delivery is likely to be delayed but less impressed that there is no response to a customer query.

Exceptional customer service
I needed hinges for a very particular application and was pulling my hair out trying to find the right ones until I spoke to Nick at BK. He spent ages on the phone helping me identify the correct hinge with not a hint of frustration, which you almost always get from similar companies when a request is other than straightforward. On receipt I realised I'd specified the mounting bracket incorrectly. One call to BK and I had the correct bracket within 24 hours.
This should be the norm for customer service but unfortunately it's not and it had to be commented upon. BK are a real pleasure to do business with and I'd highly recommend them.
