HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a subscriber for 5 years and I love their coffee. However, their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You can NEVER reach someone on the phone. Their CHAT option is not available in their mobile app. The email link for customer service no longer works. When you do email, another autobot responds without "reading" your email. They charged my card for my full order over a week ago and only shipped 1 small package out of 8. Their system will not even show the rest of my order or items.

I made my first order in February 2026…

I made my first order in February 2026 as a new coffee club member and received the discount & the coffee. Very happy then. But my March order got delivered still as a club member but only received 20% off instead of 40% off. Can never talk to anyone, only to their F--ing Ai which is useless. I did get a reply stating that I ordered using a 20% off code plus $2 off for points, which I did not. The 2nd order was automatically done as a coffee club member and that is proven my looking into my App showing I am a coffee club member. Not sure if this is going to get corrected. Meanwhile I will look for another brand that has an extra dark coffee as good as this one. Love the coffee but Hate the poor service!! Using Ai to handle customer service complaints is NOT working. Very poor business people running the company. It will never survive their tarnished reputation and their continued screw ups. So Sad!! I am a US Veteran and tried the coffee to support fellow Veterans. Big mistake on my part!!!!

felling ripped off…

love the coffee but just canceled my subscription due to them Shipping through Amazon instead of the fresh ground small batch shipments they used to brag about. I can buy it through Amazon myself CHEAPER then what I'm being billed for. $26.00 compared to the $36.00 they charge.
UPDATE -KIND OF ... yeah they did email me... with no info or way to respond. How did a once thriving company turn into such a shit show??

As a company who odered from Black…

As a company that has been ordering from Black Rifle Coffee Company for the past couple of years, our recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. We’ve now had two back-to-back shipments (almost $400 worth) where the order we received was not what we ordered.

Trying to resolve the issue has been just as frustrating. When you call their customer service line, the automated message simply says they are busy fulfilling orders and then disconnects the call. There is no option to wait or speak with a representative.

We have emailed their customer service multiple times over the past two weeks. The only response we receive is an automated message saying someone will get back to us, but no one ever actually follows up. Attempting to use the online chat is no better—you can’t get through there either.

After dealing with repeated order mistakes and the inability to reach customer service, it’s not surprising to see how many complaints about Black Rifle Coffee Company are being reported online. When customers can’t get help resolving problems, it reflects very poorly on the company.

We have supported this company for years, but if these issues continue and there is no accountability or response from customer service, we will be forced to reconsider doing business with them.

03.31.2026 - After 13 emails going back and forth to only to receive additional automatic emails stating "We have not heard back from you, " only confirms your lack of customer service and a flawed system. I am done.

Excellent Service

Man, this is the place to get your morning elixir!!! The staff, Taylore,Steve,Alex,Jess,Lauren,Savanna, just to name a few. Those I didn't name you are all so great. I mean they know my name and my drink. They greet you with a smile and give you a great story,engaging is off the charts. Clarksville, I cant recommend another spot like them. I am loyal and aint going NO WHERE else to get my get and go!!!

Veteran disappointed with BRCC

I’ve been a BRCC user/customer for at least five years and this is the first time the order went MIA. I placed my order (BRC-27376313) back in December 2025 and never received it. I left a message or two on the 866**** number and sent multiple emails; each response was from “Ada”, the AI generated answering service. I was charged for my purchase. My order was never resolved.

Your coffee has always been “Top drawer”, no complaints. While the U.S. coffee production is less than 1% of the coffee consumed here domestically, your choice of international coffee suppliers appears to be the right choice. So, with the absence of BRCC availability, I’ve resorted to buying my coffee the old fashion way…the local grocery chain in Colorado. I refuse to purchase Starbucks brand because of their extreme, fringe politics. This veteran sincerely hopes Black Rifle Coffee can find its way again.

Love the product and idea but they're awful to deal with

Love the product and idea, terrible customer service as of late.

I'm a monthly subscriber and they've screwed up my order last two shipments -- And then when you try to contact them they deflect you to a chatbot which doesn't work, or email, which they won't respond to, or their phone number, which just dumps to a pre-recorded message and no way to leave a message. I'm cancelling.

Took my money, sent a receipt but not the coffee over a month ago. No customer service to talk to, or email to fix

I’ve bee a customer for over a decades. Placed an order over a month ago. According to my BRCC account says it was shipped January 5th 2026 however according to the shipping company (fed Ex) it was never recieved. I attempted to call BRCC customer service number over 8 times in the past 2 weeks and have got their recorded response saying their too busy to help
Because of moving their warehouse. I tried emailing their customer care and have never heard back over the past 4 weeks. I’m curious if they actually have a staff anymore. I paid over a month ago, attempted multiple ways to communicate and have recieved nothing back

I have been a customer since 2019 and…

I have been a customer since 2019 and January 2026 order was not complete. I have tried calling, emailing and using the bot to get this corrected, but there has been no response. Very Poor business and customer service. Canceling my subscription and going elsewhere.

Not America's coffee, Greed and coruption's coffee.

We have been with Black Rifle Coffee for years cause my wife is an Army veteran and like supporting veteran companies. This was good when they were a small business and actually cared about their customers. We get 5 bags a coffee a month from these jokers. Have been for seems like at least 5 years. This company has gotten so big so quickly, that not only do they not care about their customer but they don't even ship coffee. The most recent excuse is "they are moving to a different warehouse". That's not MY problem, that's YOUR problem. If you can't do business as usual while moving, close while you move.
BRCC is more concerned with image and getting new customers than keeping the ones they have.

The coffee that used to be great, is now average at best.

The "rewards" program is a f'n joke. It's purposely designed to be confusing to use.

My coffee shipment NEVER gets there on time. Lets talk about THAT for a second.

When BRCC first started, everything came UPS.
Then they switched to using USPS, thumbs down.
Now they use DHL via USPS which is a double thumbs down.

My most recent order never showed up. It's so late that they are about to bill me for the next order but I haven't gotten this order. I had to go to F'n Sam's club and buy some Dunkin Coffee just to get by while I'm waiting on my BRCC coffee.

That was the next to the last straw. When I realized I had to go buy different coffee while waiting on the coffee that was supposed to show up 3 f'n weeks ago. Yeah I'll just get a subscription with someone who doesn't steal from me.

Then the last straw you ask ? AI customer service.
Nope, stick your AI where the sun don't shine. Just another bunch of thieving dirt bag republicans.

I placed 5 orders since September 2025

I placed 5 orders since September 2025. Every order was missing customs commercial invoice and then sent back to the sender. ALL 5 TIMES they argued over email (as no one can speak to a human rep anymore) that my order had been delivered to me when it never even entered my country! Why can't literally anyone get ahold of anyone at customer service? I haven't received ONE ITEM from my 5 separate orders. Ive I never made a case it would just be stolen money at that point. Fraudulent company..

BRCC is circling the drain

BRCC is circling the drain. They used to be awesome and then they went public. Now you have Big Corporate that is not beholden to the little customer, but to the big investors and shareholders. It's a tale as old as time. Great people, make a great product, then they see dollar signs and sell out to the borg. Don't expect anyone to ever call you back or respond to an email. They don't care about you....not anymore.

Poor Customer Service

We have had a BRCC subscription for over a year now. The last two months we have not received our full order yet the company had charged our account the full amount of the order. Like everyone else, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone, and the chat bot is worthless. Every time we call the number, it disconnects. We have left our email numerous times only to have no response. We have tried calling their shops but unfortunately they have nothing to do with the overall company, they just sell their product. So sad to see a Veteran owned company treat their customers so poorly. We have cancelled all of our subscriptions and will not go back if this is how they treat customers.

Toss them like a used K-Cup

Well, the litany of negative reviews pretty much mirrors my recent (and last) experience with BRCC. They used to be a customer-centric company with great coffee and now, I think they're distracted by the allure of retail energy drinks (like we need more of those) because customers have fallen off their list of priorities. My club orders were fine for the two or three years I subscribed until the last one showed up missing two bags. I called their number and the old "high volume" excuse followed by a polite *click* became the norm. The website lamented delays due to a warehouse change which incidentally has been going on for MONTHS and any ticket opened through the site's BOT delivered a ticket number and ZERO response. A company founded by people who understand effective communication and it's importance are suddenly white-knuckling the business equivalent of radio silence and that is louder than any reply they can proffer right now. I charged my card back and moved on, which is sad because the coffee is awesome, but service is critical to product and I think someone may have bumped their head and forgot about that. I went ahead and dropped this on a few news outlets to see if they'd check out what the problem was, but I won't hold my breath. If you're a subscriber and have had some issues as well, I'd advise you to pop smoke because whoever is running that circus is setting the tent on fire with your money.
