Walking shoes advice
Visited to buy a pair of walking shoes. I had done some basic research beforehand. Nion at the store was quite helpful in finding the right pair for me. He explained the various options available in detail including the price range and suitability.

A great shopping experience!
Lots of help given with choosing base layer clothing. John was excellent throughout. All the staff seemed eager to please. Julie runs a top class Blacks store.

Very helpful
I went in the other day to help my dad find a new pair of shoes and Saadia came over and was extremely helpful, friendly and patient whilst my dad was deciding which shoes he liked best and thanks to her help he managed to leave with a pair of shoes that he loves.

fantastic staff make shopping easier!
We came to the store looking for some new boots suitable for cold/snowy weather!
