Blacks - London Tottenham Court Opiniões

Phil served me when I bought some walking boots in Tottenham Court Road. He was very helpful and charmed us with his conversation. That's the kind of service that makes me return to a shop

I even forgive him for being an Arsenal supporter

What a great shop experience - Mo at the Tottenham Court Road shop was fantastic- she was knowledgable and supportive. He did help my dad in a previous shop as well - great service - because of him I will come in coming back to this shop - thanks Mo & team

Mo & Phillip are great made the experience very easy and were patient and kind - cheers guys!

Really helpful advice from Samuel in store, as I chose a new pair of hiking boots in the sale. He was really helpful and I’m very happy with my choice! Would shop here again

Great service from Mo. squared me away with high quality jacket. 100% recommend. Shout out Mo

Incredible customer service from Mo, he gave me a detailed breakdown of items I was interested in. I was then able to find the best suited backpacks for my upcoming family ski trip. I am very happy with what I purchased and I will be returning! Thank you

I ordered a pair of walking shoes today and bought a rucksack as well. The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful in this branch of Blacks. Mo clearly knows about the products he sells; I was struggling to find the right walking shoes and he suggested a pair that fit me really well.
I keep on coming back to this branch of Blacks, because of the good service and the good quality of products I have bought here over the past few years.
Many thanks!

I was served by Mo, he was very helpfull and had good product knowledge. Helped me by the right stuff for my skii trip. Thankyou great staff!

I went shopping here to buy hiking boots (which have proven to be great quality). I was assisted by Phillip who was super helpful and friendly - would shop here again for sure

Very helpful friendly service

Great customer service and great products, with kind staff specially Tahmed ( gave use discounts)

I bought a small rucksack yesterday and Mo at the Tottenham Court Rd branch was very friendly and helpful. Thought I’d share that.

Had a great experience selecting new hiking shoes. Mo served me and was very friendly and helpful, ultimately aiding me in choosing a good pair for my needs.

Tahmid is a huge asset to the store. He went over and beyond in helping me with good knowledge of the product and with boundless patience.
Thank you Tahmid

What a great group of people at this store! Everyone is genuine and friendly. :) Couldn’t have been happier. There knowledge in products so helpful for for me to navigate my arctic trip with my family. A special thanks especially to Tahmid and Andrew!

This is the second in a month I’ve been to Blacks. The first time I wandered in to have a look at osprey backpacks with the intention of buying online. Samuel took a lot of time and trouble to explain the details of various packs. So I decided to return to purchase today and was pleased that Samuel was there again and was equally helpful this time around. Many thanks Sam

Samuel was so helpful, thank you so much again!

Have always found Blacks reliable and love shopping for my rainy/winter outdoor items. It's a shame that most of the branches have closed but still, Tottenham Court Road had everything I needed. The Sales Assistant was helpful and kind too. Top marks for Blacks as always.

Good products, good service, convenient shopping times.
