Blacks - London Tottenham Court Opiniões

Had very fast, and supportive service from the Team at Blacks. I was served by a very helpful woman, how allowed me to try a whole bunch of shoes and got them out very quickly. I think she was called Inayah (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). Samuel and Tohmid, did a great job supporting too. Always go to a shop to test walking boots in person!

Great customer service in the shop in Tottenham court road - the staff member who served me could not have been more helpful and polite. Love my jacket too!

Great efficient and helpful service from Iniyeh today! Helped me find the boots I was looking for and the right size. Thank you!

I was served by Phillip, who was very kind, friendly and accommodating. He was really helpful, finding the coats that I wanted and gave his opinion when I asked. He was very polite and efficient too. It is sales assistants like him who make every shoppers' day lovely. Thanks, Phillip.

Kuhl is my go to clothing choice & Blacks stocks the bottoms & Jackets.
On this occasion I chose & purchased a Kuhl Jacket,
Excellent quality & a fair price.
I was served by Phillip, he provided me with a smile & friendly service.
Overall very satisfied with the Jacket & service.

Great experience in store. Maj was very helpful in finding the right shoes for me, and was very friendly and made the whole shopping experience easy. Also would like to mention James downstairs', who was extremely polite and kind.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff - thanks to Phillip who was great.

Really helpful, personable and knowledgeable staff, Mo and also 007 (sorry I didn't catch your name). Great stock. I'd buy from here again.

Phillip was very helpful! I was looking at an osprey bag and he told me about the lifetime guarantee which convinced me to purchase the bag!

Amazing experience which was made by meeting Phillip. A credit to your brand and left me leaving with a big smile.

Extremely helpful Samuel helped us sort out kit we needed for forthcoming trip to Lake District
He was able to tell us the pros and cons of different rucksacks and waterproofing kit etc

Great service! Philipp was very helpful.

Very helpful assistant (Phillip) and I left the store with exactly what I needed.

Nice little store only let down by it’s selection due to size of the shop I guess , Served by Phillip who was super helpful

Mo took my order for jacket by phone and confirmed the correct type details and colour was in stock. He put the jacket aside for me and remembered me when I called at shop. I tried on the jacket and was happy to buy it. Big thanks to Mo.

Very helpful Manager, Philip, at Tottenham Court Road store. As well as my purchase he told me about current promotions in store. I’ve been there a few times recently, staff welcoming, attentive and helpful.

We were served by Phillip and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about walking boots whilst being amiable and witty.
I did not feel pushed into purchasing but I am very pleased with the boots I bought. I was guided, but given plenty of time to decide. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you for taking time and making the whole experience enjoyable. We will definitely return if we require any further walking equipment.
