Blacks - Nottingham Wheeler Gate Opiniões

Great service.
amazing staff .thanks for all your help

Really glad I went into Blacks today. I was looking for a rucksack big enough to carry camping gear. The sales assistant waited till I asked for help and the guidance offered was excellent. He had a deep understanding of the items and he helped me to understand what I was looking for. I bought an Osprey Rook 65 which well below the list price and I got an extra discount for my YHA membership. The in shop experience was much better than buying online

Excellent service from John, Amy and Gerri. Thank you all for sorting out my refund and for handling my new purchase.

Excellent service from John in Nottingham, many thanks

John provided great customer service in helping me find what I was looking for

Exceptional customer service from the team.

Raia went over and above to source my hiking boots from the stockroom as they were not on display.

Ria also informed me about the price match facility which enabled me to purchase my boots at the same discounted price advertised online.

John and Karen were very friendly and took an interest in my love for hiking, even recommending locations for scenic hiking spots.

Such a pleasant shopping experience I will definitely be shopping here again.

Thank you 🙂

Went in for a backpack that would fit on a flight as hand luggage. Raa was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great experience!

Went in for some sunglasses to use while driving. John was amazing he understood what I was looking for straight away. Absolute legend John. Thank you

Excellent service from Raa and John today. Provided great advice and were very patient with me. Wasn't really expecting to buy today, but walked out with a pair of Merrell MOAB 3's. Thanks very much.

Amy was incredibly, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Had an amazing experience when choosing some waterproof clothing.

We need more people in the world like Amy.

Thanks so much for making my day!

Bought walking boots. John and Raa were very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me all the time I needed to choose the boots.

Lovely and very knowledgeable staff! I was helped by Raa upstairs. She kindly guided me through the diffent hiking boots options for someone looking for a large toebox, breathable and confy boots. I totally recommend Blacks!

We had excellent service in this store, we walked in on the off chance of having some kids walking shoes at a good price and we were helped by Gerry upstairs. She could not have been more helpful and we walked out happy with our purchase.

We had excellent service with a smile from Harrison. He showed lots of alternatives to chose a pair of walking trainers. Superb

Harrison helped me to buy a great pair of walking boots, perfect for my needs.
Highly recommend Blacks in Nottingham.

Gerry was very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me buying my first pair of boots for DofE

Raa was enthusiastic without being pushy. She knows her product range (walking and hiking boots) really well and made it easy to decide/buy. I’m really pleased with my new Scarpa Cyrus GTX shoes
