Full exhaust system (just swap no need to tune yea right...)

Bike runs like crap, exhaust headers have stained blue after ~60 miles.

I doubt they are road legal as its so bloody loud just on tick over, with baffles in.

Bike wasn't running lean or had any issues before swap, (switch due to collector box starting to rust common b1200 issue)

Wish I had just bought another stock exhaust, avoid.

I have had 2 black widow full systems to date, One on a 2021 MT125 and a 2015 SV650S and I have loved both systems

For the MT125 It was a tad obnoxious but that was entirely my fault since I ordered the 200mm round silencer. In hindsight If I where to buy one today I would get a larger system to make it a little quieter but when I was 18 I absolutely love it. The system brought out a sound of the bike that finally matched the bikes looks and gave the bike some decel pop. I absolutely loved this system.

I am currently riding a SV650S and switched from a half system to a 230mm GP system from black widow and damn is this a big upgrade. Its much louder then stock but by no means obnoxious like the MT125. There is some slight popping but nothing to crazy.

In regards to delivery I have either gotten same or next day dispatch and have gotten the the system withing 2-3 days which is very good. IF I where to improve this I would like the ability to have a nominated delivery day which I know DPD can do this way I can always make sure I am in for a delivery.

If you get a black widow I only ask you to keep the damn baffle in. with alot of their systems its utterly obnoxious without the system.

10/10 Both myself and my friends will continue to use Black widow on our bikes in the future.

Very prompt delivery but Wrong end can arrived, but to be fair one quick phone call and the proper can arrived within 2 working days to the Republic of Ireland, (very fast delivery).
Happy with the product quality and sound, only downside is that I got caught for 70 euros customs duty on delivery I wasn't expecting,
This is not the fault of black widow but if these exhausts are manufactured in the UK, I don't think there should be any duty?
Maybe change packaging?

I bought a slip on exhaust from them last year which came with the wrong strap and had to wait 3 more days on the proper one being delivered before I could ride the bike. Thought I would give them a second chance and ordered another exhaust last week for my MT07. I received an email from DPD to say the exhaust was out for delivery on Thursday, I waited in all day and no parcel was delivered (day wasted) and instead they delivered on Friday. On proceeding to fit the exhaust I came across a faulty nut and bolt which would not tighten to it's full extent. I contacted Black Widow who said they would pop one in an envelope and send it Royal Mail and I should have it Monday. Instead they sent it DPD and again I received an email from DPD saying it would be delivered on Tuesday which did not happen so another day wasted. Never mind the terribly poor delivery service, I think issues with the 2 exhaust purchases themselves leaves a lot to be desired and speaking with Black Widow customer services was not really any help with nothing more than an apology for my wasted time. They will be getting no repeat custom from me.

Simple to fit, though I had to buy another clamp as one was too big. Free lanyard( which has clip broke as soon as I used it) and sticker on exhaust has corner peeling off. Apart from these issues, it sounds awesome with and without baffle in.You get what ya pay for I suppose, pity as it could be an amazing purchase.Not even bothering with contacting them after looking at reviews on here.

Very poor fitting exhaust…. Cost me £300 in labour cost to rectify issues…. All black widow said return exhaust… what about the cost of labour and cost to rectify issue.. very bad service… even paid for 3rd party garage to inspect… and they said the exhaust was not correctly formed to the original exhaust…

I ordered a High Level System with a BN23V Black Oval Silencer for my '23 MT09 on 10/11...they arrived in Western Australia on 16/11..I fitted them today with no problems whatsoever..excellent instructions provided..the quality and attention to detail is outstanding..I had an older MT09 for 8yrs and that had an Akropovic Titanium Raceline exhaust on it..this Black Widow system is much much better, and as for the sound..OMG !!..gorgeous, horny and brutal all at once..Black Widow pipes..abfab !! Very Highly Recommended.. and big thanks to all..Greg

Poor quality downpipes.Bought some new headers for a CBR600.Themetal is much thinner than the original and the exhaust tone was awful.This was matched with the OEM silencer.Pay cheap..pay twice.

Using UPS without any other option is a crap choice…
Didn’t add a label stating content and price and therefore has ti be checked in customs. This is avoidable and an expensive affair for goods that goes below the amount required for extra UK customs taxes…
All in all not a great experience for a part that ended up being x3 more expensive and arrived late due to delivery and bad labeling.

Ordered intermediate pipe for a KTM Mc, received the part and after 2 - 3 weeks we received a bill from UPS because the sender had given the wrong weight on the package.
I have contacted Black Widow Exhausts who claim these are customs costs, even though it is specified on the invoice from UPS that the amount applies to the wrong weight of the package from BWE.
NOK 500 in additional costs.
I have replied to them by email that we received the package a long time ago and that this is about underweight and not customs, then I get no feedback.
Will never shop there again!

Just recieved & fitted my blackwidow 230 on my motorbike, it sounds like a bigger bike with lovely tones, it's also made ro a high standard

Ordered online, very quick to arrive packed very well. And when opened I could tell by the look of the part's that it was a top quality product. Easily fitted, looks and sounds great. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Ordered exhausts, delivered very quickly considering where i live, exhaust wouldn't fit due to a collector box issue, (my mistake)

Paid extra for next day delivery. Never arrived. Hate waiting in all day for nothing, like folk have nothing better to do.
I've emailed Black Widow Exhausts twice now asking for a refund on the extra I paid for a delivery that never happened.
No reply.
Despite me writing this obligation they should follow:
"It's the seller's responsibility to make sure items arrive on time and in good condition. If people pay extra for a next-day or other premium delivery service which doesn't arrive when expected they have the right to a refund of the difference between the standard delivery cost and the extra paid for premium delivery."

From when purchased all the way to when it was delivered, communication and constant updates were spot on!
Now the product itself exceeded expectations. Fantastic product and I recommend them 100%.

Ordered black widow exhaust off them for my 2023 plate bike came next day free delivery but wasn’t what I was expecting in the box it was so much better in person besides the pipe and clamps that go with it they also sent me 2 black widow stickers for the plastics side of my seat a black widow lanyard for my keys and to top it off even sent me a new bottle of exhaust paste save buying any best company by far I’ve used so far

Great price, very impressive build quality. Packaging was perfect. Fantastic fit on original pipes.
I would highly recommend this product.
