Thank you to Hannah for a very fast and professional service, Hannah was there each step of the way to offer advice / guidance, which is just what I needed at the time.

I sort advice on a contentious issue with my father trust. My stepmother's executors refused to pay my father trust a sum it was due. I used the High Wycombe office. The sum owed was £21,000 so my legal budget was small £4000. The solicitor I dealt with was helpful and explained that he needed to read my documents, but he was confident that he could help and understood my budget constraints. Invoices came in and the advice was he would write to the other party to suggest mediation. I explained I had already done that with no success. But I was assured that a solicitor writing to another solicitor would have more impact. The letter went out and failed in its objective. I was then told we should seek a barrister to review my claim, that I should expect fees of £30,000 for the next stage. My original budget was spent so I was left high and dry. I pursued the claim myself via the County Court - and won.

Very slow service and trying to get a response is impossible plus letter was addressed to someone who was already deceased which was very upsetting.

I was referred to Blaser Mills by my sisters friend and I didn't realise just how grateful I would be to have switched my solicitor to Adam. He was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and able to deliver unsavoury realities with a level of warmth I wasn't expecting to recieve. He was highly responsive, very open about what to expect and I followed all the advice given which resulted in the best possible outcome, which was to keep my child. Hannah supported me with my court hearing as Adam was unavailable and she was definitely on the same page in how she conducted herself. I couldn't be happier with my decision as this was a stressful process and I can see just how (with my previous solicitor) I could have been left feeling throughout what is a lengthy process.

I used Blaser Mills for conveyancing my mothers house sale and our appointed solicitor Zara and her team have done an excellent job; prompt, reliable, no-nonsense communications between ourselves and the other parties solicitors, transparent about the costs involved and very helpful in general. Would highly recommend from our experience.

We have used Blaser Mills last year and it was a very poor experience. They did not follow our instructions, completed the sale and we were left to later find out that the instructions given were not followed, leaving us in a complicated situation. They also deny fault even though we have written evidence of the services we requested and an invoice that shows we paid for those same services to be requested. Do not recommend this firm.

Following the passing of my mother, her Will was passed to Blaser Mills, although originally placed with Francis & How.
I assumed we would be treated fairly regarding costs.
Asked to quote for obtaining Grant of Probate, we were quoted between £13k - £15k (inc VAT) that also included cashing in assets - probably no more than a total of £35k.
My mother’s Will was not complicated, no pensions, no other property - other than a shared home with my father who is still alive.
Following the extraordinary amount we were quoted, I’m pleased to say we had the same service provided by Zedra UK Ltd for £1500.
Perhaps Blaser Mills had the decimal point in the wrong place?

I had a most excellent service from Zara, Michaela and the rest of the Blaser Mills team. One of them was always available to answer any questions I had and I was very at ease calling them about anything.

Legal activity was fine - but I explicitly stated that I wanted the recovery from the other Party to cover all their costs. They under-estimated their costs and we settled for a lower amount from the other Party which left me with a hefty residual bill. Very frustrating and could have easily been avoided.

We as Buyers always had to be on the toes and follow up constantly. Even till date (since 6 months from my completion) I had to chase them for a pending document. It’s really hard to follow every step especially when you are a newbie in the property market.

I would never use this company again they are rude and do not keep you informed. They also do not investigate people whom lie within the system, these are meant to be law abiding people I am very very disappointed:(

I've used Blaser Mills for both Commercial, Family and Child Law issues. They have been exceptional on all fronts. Firstly, extremely quick to get back to me on my first enquiry (within a couple of hours) - others either didn't reply or took too long. Their advice is excellent - frank, honest and with your interests at heart. The solicitors I've dealt with aim to de-escalate and bring a swift conclusion, unlike some I've used in the past who appear to want to eek things out for their own benefit. They are flexible in the way they work, and just because it turns 5pm, doesn't mean you won't get a reply or action from them if something's urgent. They will assign more junior staff to the case load when it's appropriate to help keep costs lower. Very efficient and very friendly. They also have good relationships with outstanding Barristers should things end up on court. I can't recommend them more highly.

Not impressed at all. Took our money upfront but have not done anything as yet. They make excuses and they do not even phone us back when they say they will.

We use Blaser Mills for all our legal work and yet again they come through shining. Amazing attention to detail and would like to thank Kirsty & Shabina in the Conveyancing Team who were just brilliant and went above and beyond to keep things moving through the process especially through the Covid-19 epidemic.
