Could not have had a worse experience. Tried to cancel the order but blinds left on my doorstep when I was out. They now refuse to accept a return and have broken every aspect of customer service and their legal obligations completely. They operate under Wilson's Blinds as well and have them made up by blindstogo.

Ordered on line and when i got the blind it was all wrong was not happy with the out come that i have over the phone going to order from some where els next time

my friend and I have fitted 2 houses now and of late we have been having a few problems, ie parts missing and packaging broken, and parts missing ,but to be fair the company replaced Missing parts, but this causes a delay with what your doing and having to wait for another 4/5 days for these items to appear. But as said before quality is of very good standard and should I do a third house I will still consider using them because of the quality.But people you need to look into delivery and your carriers .Now I have had to wait nearlt 8 days for a delivery as production cannot cope, there are people looking for work even if its part time, thank you anyway.

Delivered very quickly. Good quality blind. Fits perfect have used this company before very pleased with the customer care.

Several months ago I ordered my first roller blind from Blinds Depot and was 100% satisfied. Recently I ordered a second roller blind which was also a blackout blind. It arrived very promptly but I was shocked to find I had accidentally ordered a vertical blind which is totally unsuitable for the window and neither my husband or I like vertical blinds. Blinds Depot have offered a 10% discount on my next order. I am devastated at my error and mention this as a warning to customers to take extreme care when ordering online and to check order confirmation thoroughly.

Samples arrived swiftly. Product very good and well packed. I don't remember being advised on which specific day the product would arrive.

All the instructions on the website were easy to follow,the blinds arrived in the stated time,and were really easy to fit. Really impressed with the quality, and will definitely be ordering more blinds for my other windows. Top class and excellent value,I've already recommended that my friend orders from here too,as you really can't go wrong!

Made to measure vertical blind arrived within the week and fitted perfectly. It was easy to DIY install, and although the instructions didn't precisely match the components, the fitting was straightforward. Very good price/value. Recommended.

Excellent fast service, quality products and staff very helpful. I had forgotten to order which side of one of my blinds that I required the controls so sent an e mail explaining my requirement and got a response the following day to say that the e mail had been received and would be acted on and sure enough the blinds arrived 3 days later just as required.
