I recently started a new contract for my salon WiFi with networkdigital NDC. After one month I had over £390 taken out of my bank account without receiving any invoice or explanation. I discovered that Blizzard unitily is that company that deals with NDC invoicing. When I questioned the amount taken I was informed it was for a month I didn’t even receive WiFi and an engineer cost that I did not ok.I was then never given a job number or receipt for the engineer work. I disputed the costs and refused to pay any more and cancelled my rolling contract. With that came more corrupt costs. I found both parties Mike from NDC and staff at blizzards unhelpful, condescending, patronising and unprofessional. I would stay away from this company. I feel like I have been robbed and scaremongerd with legal action unless I pay unexplainable costs. Very unhappy client.

Please stay away from that company they owe me money Equal payments ltd . do not do any business with them , i have recording manager swear at me .they are scam please do not any business with them . you will pay way over the top and no one to talk to . shocking service .Please have a look on the comment they left . This is who you be dealing with if comes to it . They should invest in training how to replay to complain. Nothing else to say.

Please be aware that this company is absolutely disgusting to deal with. After signing up for their services they were then unable to offer a service of any kind due to location of premises. They were informed of this by the third party contractors they hired ( BT) but demanded a full price for 12 months services. MARK the director then sent very very abusive emails which have now been handed over to trading standards along with all culmination to do with this company. He then threatened legal action of any reviews about blizzard went on any review sites. After speaking to other unhappy customers we have found 6 cases of this in the past 12 months. They contract the work out to third party companies so you will not hear about them until it is probably too late.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

Through working with Blizzard Utilities, my business achieved a nice extra revenue source alongside my usual business, at the same time as being able to provide my clients with savings on their bills.
