I also had a bad experience with Blom Sydney and received the same fictitious address to send the poor quality and incorrect items back for a refund.
Now I've received the same problem with a company called Port Douglas Boutique.
I assumed they were an Australian company and ordered and paid for a swimming costume. After waiting neally 4 weeks and receiving a product that not only the wrong size, no labels, tags or even the size and of ver poor quality.
And after asking for a refund I received the same bogus address to Liu Changxing ect. as Blom Sydney.
Don't purchase anything from Port Douglas Boutique or Bryon Bay Boutique.
Further to my review 8th November, a parcel arrived back today from Chinese Customs marked "undeliverable ". So, after 3 months, we still have the dodgy product, $200 out of pocket, absolutely contrary to their banner line " Hassle Free Returns policy", every road block imaginable has been utilised to excuse Blom-Sydney from giving us our refund. Absolute Mongrels.
Do not buy from them.
When trying to return due to incorrect size and quality all they do is stall the process.
I am going to lodge a complaint with Australia authorities.
They are thieves.
This company is a scam company selling very poor quality clothing the item received was nothing like the pictures the material looked and felt like cheap curtain lace. I tried to get my money back but they insisted I pay for postage so I didn’t bother .

Read the reviews- I should have before purchasing 2 pairs of jeans that were incorrectly sized and were quality that I could use for cleaning rags! If that's what they call denim! Cost me $50AUD to send back 2 pairs of "jeans" on 4/10. Still no refund presented back to the card I purchased the goods from!

Not Sydney based, definitely not hassle free returns and no sign of refund after posting back to some dodgy china address. Very poor quality with cheap polyester feel to supposedly Cotton shirt. The whole experience feels like a scam. Lesson learned!
This company is a scam. I received sandals that were ridiculously low quality, and tried to return them. Company's claim of "30 day hassle-free returns" is completely bogus and they never provided return details to me, asking more questions and asking to send photos.
Avoid this company like the plague.
What a disappointment! Today I received the 2 dresses I ordered. Almost 3 weeks later. Most other items ordered in Australia take a maximum of 10 days (I'm in Darwin).
When I put on the dress it fitted OK but I just didn't think the fabric is cotton. The label sewn on to the dress says 100% cotton. I myself sew and have many years of experience handling different fabrics. If anyone has lived in the tropics you will know immediately if you are wearing cotton or synthetics. Darwin is currently about 36 degrees with 80% humidity. These dresses are NOT cotton.
It is my fault for not reading these reviews and checking this company BEFORE placing my order.
I noticed a label on the little parcel underneath the label that was used to post it to me. That label has my name and address on it. My assumption is that the parcel was packaged and shipped with the other orders to Australia, probably from China. Then it was shipped individually to the final destination - me in Darwin.
I'm not even going to try to request a refund as these reviews indicate that might be more trouble than it's worth.
The other issue is that I hope I haven't supported slave labour of the Uighur Moslems in China.
I have learnt a few lessons.
By the way I have emailed them. If I get a response I will update this review.
Don’t use this company if you think their return policy is Hassle free think again they make it so hard to get a refund am Reporting them to Consumer affairs after following their returns procedure to no avail
This company is dodgy! Not only do they describe their garments and sizes incorrectly, they do not honor refunds by offering you to keep the purchase and refund you minimal money back for garments that you can basically use as cleaning rags because they are such bad quality! They ask that if you return the garments at your own cost (which is astronomical to send back to china) they never receive them and therefore you pay more money to send back and never get refund at all!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DODGY SHARKS.

Received what was supposed to be high quality cotton but was cheaply made hot fabric. Chinese company who make you pay to send back for refund. Did not bother as I read other reviews.
