DO NOT ORDER - Dud product, S*it customer service

Ordered red light mask. First product was defective and did not work. Sent proof via video and was promised a replacement controller. I've waited a month and they still have not shipped the controller. I purchased this product in February and as of April 17 still have an unuseable product. REsearched more and learned the controller shipment was cancelled without any notification. Not sure what is going on but I wish I never bought this product. It's been 100% hassle and now I have to dispute to get my money back

Do not order from this company! Place an accidental order on a mask which I emailed customer service immediately after requesting a cancellation they replied three days later stating that a cancellation can’t be issued or more like saw my cancellation message and decided to ship it anyway when I stated I would be refusing the package they sent me DHL shipping carrier information so naturally I told my Doorman to refuse any package from Bon Charge and any delivery from DHL. These disgusting devious Bon Charge crooks sent the package through USPS under the company name nimble robotics so naturally my Doorman did not refuse this deviously packaged package bc based on their communication he was to refuse a package from Non Charge through DHL and when I’m instructed to go through their return portal, they only offer store credit and I have to pay for my own shipping. I have a current credit card dispute because I did not want this item. I messaged multiple times to cancel. They still shipped it anyway, then they shipped it under false pretense saying it was DHL when it wasn’t saying it was From bon Charge when it wasn’t and you would think they would send me a return label to send this deviously package item back which I haven’t opened when I’ve reported to have received No package from Bon Charge and no package from DHL. Shame on this company for trying to shove subpar products down customers throats.

Face mask is now part of my routine

Love my BON CHARGE face mask. It's easy to use and I have noticed smoother, healthier skin after 6 months of use. If you are considering a red light therapy product, I would highly recommend BON CHARGE as their service is excellent and I can speak to the quality of their face mask

LED mask

The LED face mask lasted 11 months before the wiring became faulty and the mask wouldn’t switch on. The LED neck mask lasted 14 months before the same thing happened. Both masks were looked after with great care and used approx 4x a week for 15 minutes. Although I was pleased with the results, the life span of the product is short considering the amount of money they cost. I was offered a 30% discount as a “good will gesture” but there is no way I would purchase again.
Also I left a 1 star review on the Bon Charge website over a month ago now which never appeared, clearly it wasn’t posted….

This place is a scam

This place is a scam, be careful! When I tried to exchange headphones because they came with the wrong output, I got the craziest response from the customer service (which I assume was AI), suggesting I buy more headphones and other expensive items and offering NO help or customer service resolution.

This is a bummer because it looks like they have cool stuff but I think its a scam, unfortunately! I looked and saw other bad reviews after it was too late...

Very poor experience.
Before purchasing, I contacted the company to confirm their returns policy and was told I could return the product if it didn’t meet my expectations. Based on that reassurance, I went ahead with the purchase.
Unfortunately, the product did not work as described, so I returned it at my own expense (the company is based in Australia). After waiting several weeks for it to reach them, I was only issued a gift card instead of a refund to my original payment method. This condition was never mentioned in their initial response to me, and I would not have purchased had I known. I’ve since been told it relates to a discount policy, but this was not clearly communicated at the time. Instead, I’m now being forced to accept store credit, which effectively requires me to buy from them again—and potentially spend more money—despite not being satisfied with my original purchase.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communications (they take days to respond to emails) and difficulty in obtaining a proper refund have been emotionally exhausting and disappointing to say the least. I would stay clear of this company.

73/yo mom using Mini for leg sores. AMAZING!

I’ve been using Boncharge products for a while now and I’m honestly so impressed.

The main reason I’m writing this is because of my mom. She’s 73 and has been dealing with sores on her legs for over a year and a half. She’s been in and out of doctor appointments, had biopsies, and tried different ointments, but nothing really seemed to work.

I had her start using the Boncharge mini red light on March 25th, twice a day for 12 minutes. She didn’t change anything else, and the improvement we’ve seen in her skin has been incredible. The sores that she struggled with for so long are now almost completely gone, and the overall look of her skin has improved so much.

It’s honestly been amazing to see that kind of change after so long with little progress.

Because of this, I’ve been sharing Boncharge with friends and family, and several have already purchased. I also have more products on the way, and my mom is already wanting to order more too.

Super happy with the quality and results. Definitely a brand I trust and will keep recommending.

Red lens evening glasses

I have a large head and the glasses fall off. Who are these made for? They don't tell you are ordering from the USA as they have all prices in CAD and .ca in the address you don't know that. They require a signature from fed-ex for plastic glasses. Had to wait at home for 2 days.

Shocking customer service

I bought a toothbrush from Bon Charge a couple of weeks ago. As with all of their items it was very expensive. When I came to charge it I realised It wouldnt charge. I have been trying to reach out to the company for over a week with no response. I would recommend everyone considering buying from them look elsewhere. If anything goes wrong they will not help.

Do NOT use this company! Horrible customer service! Product was not available upon purchase and they did not reach out to tell me. 2 weeks after purchase I reach out to ask. Then they say it’s unavailable with no time line on which it will be available so I cancel the order not once but twice. Company ignores emails and tried to ship mat instead, I refuse order from FedEx. Save yourself the hassle, not a reputable company!!! Read all the bad reviews, pretty much all the same!!!

Use Another Company

If possible, please choose another company besides Bon Charge as there are plenty of others that won’t deflect your concerns with their “corporate speak” or arbitrarily create policy to cover themselves in deference to fairly serving their customers. The issue follows:

I purchased 4 items:
Red Light Face Mask
Red Light Red Light neck and Chest Mask
Infra Red PEMF Mat - Demi
Infra Red PEMF Wrap

The first three were delivered in perfect condition, the Infra Red PEMF Wrap was not. The stones in the wrap bands were not padded and protected for shipping properly and scratched the surface of the light lenses. I was told by some genius to “just buff them out” - Not so, these were etched into the lenses. I asked them to pay for shipping back and to send a new one that didn’t come in a “used condition”.

Afterwards their clown team reviewed and responded to my request by referring to it as “does not fall under a manufacturing fault” and the return was classified as a “standard change of mind return process” and I would still have to pay for shipping back.

Again, purchase from any other company but these posers!

Bon Charge PEMF Mats are very effective and surprised me with considerable improvement even after the first use!

Since the first time my daughter let my wife and I try the full size PEMF mat, we both loved it! It made me feel like I was standing straighter and taller after the very first use. It also removed some feelings of compensation that I believe I had felt for past several years or more.

I feel that using the mat on 8Hz primarily, is perfect for me. I also try it on 5Hz, 6Hz, occasionally after using it on 8Hz for a hour. The higher frequencies like 10Hz and 12Hz, I have used too. But, I prefer the lower frequencies!

The heat is wonderful too, I prefer 105F to 120F. I also use the Red Light Therapy on the mat.

I recently added the smaller PEMF Mat for my feet, it is also amazing. I bought another recently to gift my son-in-law on his birthday in a few weeks! This mat really is incredible for my feet, as my feet extend past the end of the large mat and most likely do not get a proper treatment while I lay on it,

I had my 82 year old neighbor buy the large PEMF Mat and he loves it too!

He recently detailed and polished his full sized pickup truck and a smaller vehicle over 3 or 4 days!

It basically just makes you feel repaired and reset and ready for your next activity.

I sometimes use the large mat and then the small mat on my feet, do some Yoga for golf, then go play Disc Golf for up to 36 holes! I will turn 65 years old in 3 weeks.

I have the Red Light Therapy Cap, but, have only been using it for a couple weeks now. My daughter cuts my hair, she will notice if there is any difference then next couple times she cuts it!

I bought my wife the Red Light Therapy Face Mask for Christmas!

We also have the Red Light Therapy Electric Toothbrush.

All items are great quality! The only issue we have is with the PEMF Mats and unplugging the connector from the mat to the cord. Sometimes they are tough to remove.

I highly recommend the PEMF Mats! We have not had the other items long enough to assess them yet.

Before buying I ran the idea past my endodontist and he fully supported the purchase. Only been using it for 2 weeks now but I like it a lot and am looking forward to healthy gums!

Service, what service😕

We ordered a dome sauna two weeks ago. Apparently the item is stuck in customs and we have no idea if/when this be delivered! We have tried several times to contact Bon via email but not a single reply!!😠

I love my new glasses. I pick an hour before bedtime, all the lights are turned off and the glasses go on.

I bought them to help with sleep. Too early to say whether they are making a difference but I think they are definitely a piece to the puzzle that I needed.

Amazing products

I have blue light blocking glasses, red light toothbrushes, EMF mat, laptop mat and recently my most favorite product, red light bulbs! These bulbs have been changing our nightly routine so hard! My husband just told me he wants them in the bathroom too… slowly but surely converting him to the wellness space!!!
