NOT GOOD!
I am astonished to see such high ratings on Trustpilot for this company given my recent experience. I was hoping for a straightforward process to take out life insurance but it turned into an overwhelming ordeal. I’ve been in contact with Betul, and the whole experience has been a nightmare: endless calls, text messages and rescheduled appointments - all leading to a huge waste of time. Despite all the communication not once did I receive a summary email outlining what was discussed. I expect a higher level of service and organisation. I definitely do not recommend this service.

I would not hesitate to use blue light insurance. Maria and Adriana were so helpful from start to finish and managed to find a better insurance policy for us after a review.

No pressure from anyone, no constant phone calls and a life insurance product cheaper than the compare websites.
Milo kept all appointment times and was easy to talk to when asking/answering personal questions.
Very easy application process, quick and not stressful at all.
I would highly recommend.

They were great to work with.
As an ex officer with an IOD it is hard to get anyone to offer insurance. The Blue light team took a considerable amount of time to both reassure me and the company about all the issues involved.
I would not waste time considering anybody else

My partner and I took out a life insurance policy and I really could not have done it without their help. They were sensitive and compassionate. It can be very difficult going through the things needed to get a life insurance policy but they made it a lot less stressful/painful. They took into account our work with good understanding of what types of cover we would need and what would fit us best. Always good communication and strived to fit meetings around our schedules. I felt no pressure and felt they genuinely wanted to help us get the best policy that was in our budget.

Received phone call from Milo at arranged time. Very friendly and thorough initial chat. Quickly sorted out the product I was looking for.
Since then I have had lots of timely updates from Adriana who has happily answered any questions I have had.

Great experience - I was dealing with Betul and Zoe, both very knowledgeable and explained everything in simple terms, make whole life policy purchase so much better than expected. Also not at any point of recommending policy Betul was pushy which I appreciated most ! Thanks!

More cover for a lower cost
Milo was great, understood my needs and found me a policy at a much lower price with more cover than my existing one! All sorted within a few days, effortless. Would thoroughly recommend.
