Excellent advice
Excellent advice, with absolutely no pressure from James May. Great, patient communication. He told us when he thought we didn't need a particular policy, rather than just trying to sell. The premiums seem fair. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience!
Milo was helpful with showing us the available options that were best suited to our needs and discussed these with us many times before finalising the right cover for us. This was particularly true as we were both NHS employees. The rest of the team were brilliant at communicating the documents, etc. We were very happy with the team at Blue Light Insurance, and we would highly recommend them.

Myself and my husband took out a life…
Myself and my husband took out a life and critical illness policy recently. Both Zoe and Ryan were very helpful. They always responded to emails or calls promptly and dealt with all of our queries. They seemed knowledgable and were helpful all the way along. The policies were some of the most comprehensive for the price that we have seen (and we did compare several providers). We would highly recommend this provider.

We find many of our competitors simply give up and walk away from such customers... and this just isn't right.

Filled in an online form shortly before Christmas, was contacted by Betul initially, arranged time for a call. Betul was prompt with communication taking the time to confirm appointments and checking I was still available prior to calling. Due to work, I was unavailable for some calls Betul was happy to call back once I was free. Dealt wonderfully with my appalling humour! Once that was dealt with a quotes received I dealt with Zoe via text and email. Who again gave clear, easy communication, worked around my schedule, reminded without pressure to check the emails I kept forgetting about!
Over all a very easy, clear process with 2 very pleasant human beings who acted as such and treated me the same! No complaints about the process at all! 10/10 for both would absolutely recommend going forward!

Gave good independent advice
Gave good independent advice. Also punctual with when it was agreed to call and if running late I was contacted to be I formed any calls may be delayed. Finally, I felt there was no pressure in taking out a policy. I had contacted numerous companies to get quotes and every other company felt they they were bombarding me with calls and emails trying to force custom. Whereas Blue Light Insurance made me feel at ease and like they were trying to do the best by me rather than earn commission.

Excellent service
We found the service from Blue Light Insurance to be professional from start to finish.
Our initial contact was with Ryan who made us feel at ease whilst answering all the questions required. He always phoned us for appointments on the dot and was friendly, respectful and polite.
Once the application was approved we were kept in the loop with every stage from Zoe who was also very helpful.
We would definitely recommend Blue Light Insurance.
