Got a defective ereader and they tried at every turn to refuse my return. They tried to get out of paying for return shipping, I had to follow up after they had received the item, then they lied and said I returned the wrong item. I had not returned the wrong item

Bought a “bundle” of Pokémon cards as they were advertised for 6packs and I only received one “pack” and it was a resealed pack that was already opened and then resealed. I bought from target.com but didn’t realize I actually bought from a third party seller and it was blue proton. After looking up the company they have MANY scam reviews.

Wish I'd seen this before buying from them! Or any Best Buy "marketplace" seller. They took their sweet precious time to issue a refund even though I shipping the return out in record time, and then they robbed me of the full return due to unspecified "issues with return." What issues? Thieves. NEVER buy from Best Buy marketplace, and NEVER buy from Blueproton.

They send defective used products, selling them as "new", and then charge insanely high restocking fees for returning. Many such cases reported, pattern of bad behavior recorded.

They up charge 5$ items to 25$ absolutely disgusting company

Seller is trying to lie and say the return was not sent to them, even after receiving emails that the item was received.

“Outstanding prices” They sell a single pokemon booster pack for $15-30! I’ve heard that they repack their cards, And “products break after a few months!”. Do not buy from Blueproton. Never bought anything from them, Never want to.

I purchased a Pokemon evolutions pack with blueproton through amazon. That was back in January 2025 but I kept reading bad reviews about their Pokemon sales so I went back and opened the pack that they sold me. I scanned the bar code on the site and it showed different cards that were supposed to be in the pack. The pack was sealed perfectly and the code wasn’t used but the code is for a different pack. Plus the pulls seemed like it was already opened because the cards feel used… look used. I mean Pokemon. Com showed different cards that were supposed to be in the pack so blueproton definitely sells packs that have been opened and other cards replaced in it. I guess they didn’t think I would scan the code to check the site and see what it says. The code card is from a different pack. If you buy from these people scan the code card immediately and check what cards are supposed to be in the pack. I got scammed. Never buy Pokemon cards from amazon or amazon third party. Buy from TCGplayer.com or Walmart, Best Buy, or target. One star for blueproton. Scammers

**SCAM** They sell pokemon packs that are opened for the good cards, then resealed AND sold ON TARGET website. How they'll allowed to do that is beyond me. I also looked into their "headquarters"... It's a UPS store. Yea makes sense that they're totally a legit company.

They are complete scumbag scammers. They are listing Pokemon packs through target for no less than 3x the price they MSRP for. Packs are $4.49. BlueProton sells packs for $15.99. Some $24.99. It’s disgusting. Build and battles are $25. They sell them for $80 lmao like what. AVOID THESE TRASH SCALPERS DESTROYING PEOPLE’S HOBBIES

Blueproton is a known scalper and scam vendor. Most of their products are marked way above MSRP, and often sell goods that they claim are new, but have been opened and/or repackaged. Avoid this seller at all cost!

They sell via a number of retailers. Amazon, Target, and E-Bay. If you see them on these platforms, please report them!

They shipped me the wrong product. They refuse to acknowledge my many, many emails. I tried phoning but had to leave a message - they have not phoned back. Don't use them!!

The return policy says it all. Anything they call "refurbished" is likely a piece of junk that they will sell you at a high price and not stand behind, even if the moderately used product breaks only 4 months after purchase. I purchased an MP3 player that seemed to be great but stopped working after only four months. The manufacturer told me there's no fix for it and to go back to the company I purchased it from. BlueProton's reply was that it's not BlueProton's problem and I should speak to the manufacturer. Worst of all, I prematurely left them positive feedback and I can no longer retract it. You'd do better to not do business with this company, especially if you're not one to throw money away and are on a tight budget. Am I unreasonable to expect that if a company sells me an item labeled "refurbished" that I can expect the item to have been repaired/restored to like-new working condition or, at the very least, that the item work for more than 4 months?!
