Delighted with the service
I moved to Blue Square Offices from another provider and have found their new-customer service to be excellent. The good pre-sales experience has been matched with a pleasant and easy post-sales set up period.
They seem to have a nice mix of efficient on-line processes and friendly humans.

Dear Mrs Katarzyna,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As Quality Control Manager, I am concerned when a customer is not happy with our service. I have now investigated what could have happened to trigger your review, and I can note the following:
You placed an order to use our Registered Office address service for your company. When we did our due diligence on this order, we found that your husband had previously owed us a sum of over £300.00 in unpaid address service payments to ourselves, which we were recently forced to write off due to non-payment.
We also noted during our due diligence, that for the company you had just placed an order to use our Registered Office address service for, your husband had been replaced as a director by yourself one day prior to the order being placed. As a result, we decided that we did not want to carry on business with yourselves, as we were not confident that you or your husband would not become a bad debtor once more in the future.
As a result of the above, we decided to cancel and refund your address service order, with an explanation the same as cited above provided to you in an email which also confirmed your refund.
I trust the above satisfies our position on this matter.
