Got a pair of boots as a gift and less than a week later the heels on both boots split in half and exposed the foam inside. Made a warranty claim and was denied, even after sending several photos of the boots. They DO NOT stand behind their product anymore, don't buy them. They are garbage.

I have their boots, purchased at a local store and the boots are amazing. I decided to try a pair of sandals and ordered direct. Even though they are the same numerical size as the boot they are so ridiculously large I was tripping in them. Okay let's return them. OMG what a wait. They don't have an exchange program. Return and replace.

They actually have to receive them physically before they credit the account and then upon further investigation I discovered that you have to wait an additional 8-10 days to actually see the money returned to your account.

I'm waiting over two weeks for the refund.

It's really bad. If I can't find them locally I just won't buy them.

Blundstone 519s (Chelsea boot) used to be made with a soft leather backing at the heal that was super comfortable. I just bought my third pair and this pair no longer has the soft leather backing (instead, it's rough stitching at the back of the boot) and as a result, my heal/achilles is being rubbed raw. I guess cost-cutting has hit Blundstone boots, too! Too bad, as they were my favorite boots for the past 10 years.

I bought boots for my daughter at the end of October as a Christmas present. I ordered early to make sure I could get them. She wears a 7.5 faithfully and I gave them to her and they are 1/2 size too small. I reach out and they say no you missed the return window. I could understand if they were used and I wanted a refund but I just want to exchange for a 1/2 size up. Very poor customer service for such pricey boots. We won’t buy or recommend to anyone else again.

Sent the wrong size and placed blame on us for the error- so much for their mission statement! Returning the wrong size & going with different company

Blundstones used to be good quality. Last pair fell apart within 12 months. I used to get 4-5 years under the same use. Disappointing, they've lost a loyal customer due to what appears to be a switch to cheap manufacturing. Not sure how my faith in Blundstone will be restored.

Horrible company! They do nothing but false advertise their price and do not end up honoring it. They accepted my order then two days later cancel my order and say their pricing was wrong and don’t try to help in any other way than a refund. That is completely not acceptable of a large company to deny a customer due to their negligence in pricing. I thought it was a sale due to that one boot style being the only one at that price while all the other were their regular price. Horrible customer service they just have automated messages.

Ho acquistato un paio di Blundstone con grandi aspettative, ma si sono rivelate una delusione totale. Dopo poco più di due anni di utilizzo sporadico, le suole si sono lacerate inspiegabilmente. Le ho indossate solo nei mesi invernali, per un totale di circa un mese, eppure si sono deteriorate come se le avessi usate tutti i giorni.

Non valgono il loro prezzo! Se non ci credete, basta fare una rapida ricerca su Google: ci sono artigiani che, per soli 80/90 euro, risuolano questi scarponcini con suole di buona qualità. Esatto, di qualità, perché pare che la suola originale si sgretoli a causa della sua scarsissima fattura.
NON COMPERATE QUESTI SCARPONCINI!

Ordered a couple of pairs of boots for an upcoming trip. Oldest order was delayed over a week before shipping. I had to call almost daily because customer service would only email scripted responses that provided no valuable updates. Still waiting on 2nd pair to ship. Company needs a more personable touch to customer service. These boots are not cheap so I would expect more efficiency and better communication then what I have received so far.

In poche parole Vi segnalo che sono possessore di 5/6 paia di stivaletti Blundstone prodotto molto alla moda attualmente sul mercato italiano, io le acquisto da piu di 10 anni e ttutto questo nn per ostentare qualcosa ma perche mi piace questo prodotto ma che ha un grande difetto in confronto anche al prezzo di circa 200€ a paio ed e' la suola che dopo poco tempo sia che si usi il prodotto che non lo si usi si sgretola. La ditta mi risponde che si sono adeguati alla normativa sulla garanzia di due anni per cui non sostituiscono piu i prodotti e che i loro materiali sono soggetti ad idrolisi per cui la suola sopratutto quando non si usa si sgretola e questo me ne rendo conto visto che i materiali sono peggiorati in questi ultimi anni visto che me ne avevano gia sostituite altre, 200€ anche dopo anni non sono soggetti ad idrolisi semmai ad inflazione indicizzazione ma hanno sempre potere di acqisto, un prodotto che acquisto per logica lo uso ma posso anche non utilizzarlo, ma una volta che lo uso anche se nuovo si sgretola, tutto molto assurdo e si vede la miriade di video anche su youtube che riparano questi stivaletti per idrlolisi. Ho due modelli il 519 e il 1458 praticamente nuovi che li ho messi giorni fa ed andati in decomposizione. Visto che altri me li avevano sostituiti non vedo ad oggi la coerenza o forse l unica cosa che mi dicono che hanno cambiato la loro policy , chissa come mai....ci si adegua alle garanzie comunitarie e si abbassano le qualita dei materiali, ma 200€ rimangono 200€

Terrible quality and the company claims to have a warranty but doesn’t honor it. Their heels disintegrated. Don’t waste your money.

I bought TWICE in Italy, in different times and different locations their classic Chelsea boots 500 with their "soft" rubber soles and, after few years (and of course after their two years warranty period!!) the soft rubber soles of BOTH of them, started to have a sort of chemical degradation that created several cracks on both left and right shoes on their bottom sides, even if I used them very few times; so the issue was NOT related of wear of use, but just a sort of "expiration" time of the rubber structure itself that started to become like butter, because of chemical aging of the rubber! I have rubber soles shoes since 20 (TWENTY!!) years, and they still are in perfect state (not to mention the Eternal life span of the Mythical Vibram rubber soles that I have under different shoes, and that they keep ignoring on their products!). When I complained about this problem on their Italian branch, they replied (of course!!!) the shoes were out of warranty... good bye! By the way, consider that you're buying a good upper leather shoes, but with a sh...y soft rubber quality soles that after few years (no matter their use) you have to throw away, or replace with a new VIBRAM mod. "Trento" soles (with about 50/70 additional euros!). So, be careful with these shoes!

Ho acquistato da Blunstone usa al 70% di sconto. Mi inviano numeri di tracciamento inesistenti. Truffa vera e propria. Vorrei i viare foto ma non è possibile. Denuncia anche contro ignoti ma denuncia. Truffatori

Sturdy and stylish boots!

I recently got some Blundstone Men's Thermal Chelsea Boots #1477 in antique brown. They look fab, are comfortable to wear, and are great for wearing on the town or in the woods.

Honestly I can hardly believe that they manage to be sturdy, comfortable, stylish, and decently warm all at once. Equally at home in the woods or the city.

I'd been looking for some boots to wear through the winter in New England that would be warm but easy to get on and off. These are my first Blundstone boots, and I have a feeling I'll be buying more.

I wouldn't wear them in deep snow or extreme cold, still would need snow boots for that. But these have been on my feet every day since I bought them.

I do wish they came in wide sizes, though. I have very wide feet (4E), and I had to go a full size up to be wide enough.
