They are scammers, they sold defective cars.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold us a truck without a water pump, and a blown head gasket. They take no responsibility and will happily rip you off. Avoid avoid avoid.

I would like to know if anyone has reported this company to trading standards and if so what was the outcome,?
Equally, if you haven't reported them why?

Do not buy a vehicle from this company.

I made the mistake of buying a used Toyota Hilux from BM Range on the 13th of March 2026, when I took it to my local garage for a service, they basically condemned the truck saying it was dangerous due to the condition of the chassis and to not drive it.
I then contacted the owner of BM Range, a Mr. Faraz Ali, to request a refund and to ask them to collect the vehicle, his response was, the vehicle was sold as seen.

I will be contacting trading standards and my solicitor.

Avoid sold me a van for £5000 that the engine seized after a week!

They sold us a van that needs a new engine. We have a report from Ford that is saing that.
Although when we were there we asked and they said to us that they do check gear box and engine before they sell the vans.
Now they don't want to accept it back.
AVOID THESE SELLER!

AVOID! Bought a van, aware of their "no warranty" policy, but I did asked what checks they do on the van and he said that they only check the engine and gearbox. So now they don't want to accept the car back, during the 31 days, as I have a report from a garage and from Ford confirming the engine is faulty and head gasket was replaced and many other problems. Last resort, will send them a rejection letter and claim all costs against them! Consider that I haven't used the van for one day, I bought it, serviced it... and surprise, faulty engine! This is not a warranty issue, rhey sold me a faulty van, it's a scam!

Dishonest, evasive, and totally unprofessional.
Our steel erection company bought a Mitsubishi L200 from BM Range. It looked fine and drove well. We paid in full. 3 days later the head gasket blew. This does not happen suddenly. They would have been well aware of the issue.
2 weeks of cat and mouse and they would not even discuss the issue on the phone. I was given the run-around by their salesman Nosh who said it was with their complaints department, but.... they don't actually have a complaints department... another week wasted. The owner, Faraz Ali finally sent us a letter today and advised us that he refused to do anything and that we could take him to court. Be careful. Buy a vehicle from a company that will honour its responsibilities and cares for its customers. Don't waste your time and money on junkyards like BM Range.
