Found this garage online and took my Tiguan there for a service and MOT. Friendly and professional service. Really fast too. Great courtesy car. Will definitely be taking my van there.

Had an issue with my car. It started and ran smoothly as always but when on holiday and visiting friends in the Chichester area the engine would not cut off even when the key was removed. Using google search, I came across BMS Cars, so made a visit and met up with Tim, using his great wealth of knowledge, experience and the diagnostics equipment, he was soon able to pinpoint the problem. Great customer service, very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work Tim

BSM Sidlesham garage have been absolutely fantastic and could not have done more to help me. They made every effort possible, going way above and beyond - to make sure I was on the road and safe, after a failed MOT. I am so impressed with their service and totally recommend them to everyone.

I've used BMS for all my services and repairs for several years and have always been happy with their work. And if something doesn't need doing, they won't tell you it does!

I called BMS cars in a panic just before Christmas as there was an issue with my car and the garage I usually use was unable to help. I’ve never used them before. They were so helpful, amazing customer service, honest and open. They came to look at my car at home, ordered the parts that evening and it was fixed the next day, so I could use it for a journey over Christmas. I was blown away by the efficiency and willingness to help. I will be using BMS Cars from now on and have recommended to all my friends and family!

There are 2 things anyone looks for in a car repair service - the ability to do the job and the trust that you will be looked after and not 'squeezed' for every last penny. BMS cars have always done both, however today that was taken to another level. After an inconclusive diagnostic, Tim volunteered to not charge for the work on that part of the car. He even refunded from the invoice (which I'd paid!) after I'd left the site. True customer service and building a loyal customer base.

Great service. Freindly team. As a non-mechanic style guy, didn't speak down to me or make me feel like an idiot.

From the moment i Spoke with Tim i knew I was in good hands, not only could they fit the sensors but they could also reset the ECU (on board computer) saving me literally hundreds £ & as a new customer i was entitled to a half price M.O.T.

What a great business model, stick the service centre in the middle of countryside enabling cheaper servicing for me with lower overheads compared to main stream/ high street. Whilst waiting - I took a stroll around local village which was charming, only wish i'd taken the dog now....
I could'nt help but notice more than a handful of courtesy cars available - (might ask for one of those on next years service)

Excellent fix for my air conditioning problem. Very fair price for labour and parts. Friendly, fast reacting and very informative reception specialists and mechanics.

First time using BMS to get a wheel bearing replaced. I emailed for a quote and got that back within minutes. Tim booked me in at the earliest opportunity. I waited in the comfortable customer waiting room and was able to use my laptop so I could work. A courtesy car was available but as it was a short job I decided to wait. The job was completed on time and per the quote. BMS was the cheapest quote for the job and sometimes cheap isn't always the best however I have no issues with the work done and the customer service was second to none. BMS have a new customer. Thanks BMS. Highly recommended.

just wanted to pass on my gratitude for the excellent service you have given me on my second purchase from you, a Peugeot 308, your customer service was second to none and the after sales care was really excellent when I had some issues, I’ve recommended many friends and work colleagues to your garage and I hope you generate more sales from that. My mini’s thermostat had a crack in it and I managed to get it into BMS auto to get repaired! I called on the Monday and it went in on the Wednesday.
The guy( sorry didn’t get your name) was so helpful and I got them to fit spot lamps too! So easy to deal with and o would happily use them again!

Just had my yearly service and MOT at BMS Cars. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years and will not take my car to any other garage. The mechanical work is to the highest of standards but what makes this company different from others, is the communication, advice and efficiency to deliver. Jason today has given excellent advice in how to prevent my car from degrading over time with recommendations. He kept me informed when my rear brake pads failed the MOT. He provided solutions in fitting new brake pads the same day which resulted in passing the MOT. Thanks Jason top work.

Took my car here for a full service, MOT and assocaited repairs. Will now no longer be going anywhere else. Great Communication, Fair Prices and a really welcoming team.

Amazing amazing amazing. Tim couldnt do enough to help me. My car engine died I had no recovery cover so Tim sent a loan car on the back of the tow truck and did everything he could to help me going above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for making a terrible situation easier.

Took my car in for an MoT. Just £29 rather than the greedy £54 quoted me by the main dealer. I've now booked in for a service at just £75 rather than the £179 quoted by the main dealer.

A very friendly staff all appear to be happy to work there, raising vast sums for local worthy causes St Wilfrids Hospice and Children's Hospice Care (I donated the money I saved on my MoT)

Cant think of any reason I would take my beloved car anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Very reasonable prices. Have always done a good repair job for my car. Been taking my car to BMS for around 5 years now and highly recommend them. You also get a courtesy car which makes life much easier.
