I placed an online order which ended up with unforeseen complications but Jenny made it all good. She went above and beyond to make the deal good and when I got there to pick up my outboard, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Best price on an outboard that I could find. Great company to do business with.

5 Star experience with Kyle
This is my second boat I've bought through Boat Specialists. On my most recent purchase, I worked with Kyle from the team who was very transparent, informative and detailed. I had the boat shipped across the country. All of those logistics were handled in a top class way through Kyle and his team.
Once the boat was delivered, Kyle spent the time walking me through everything - the trailer, the boat - top to bottom. He went as detailed as I wanted to go - and then some. After a week of taking delivery - he called to check back in to make sure everything was working / ask how the boat was performing.
While we are on completely opposite ends of the country, I would strongly consider them for any future boating needs I would have personally.
If you are in the boat market - I would strongly recomend giving them a call. Kyle specifically did an amazing job - through the entire process. I am thrilled about the outcome.

Misstep made Right
4 Stars. I made a mistake in inputting the address and despite an email and speaking to a human, the item was still misdelivered. However the company has since done what they can to make it right and I appreciate companies that hold them selves accountable.

I bought a motor on sale online
I bought a motor on sale online. It turned out to be out of stock. I contacted Boat Specialists to figure out options. Boat Specialist honored the sale price and contacted the motor distributor to fill my order. Once the motor arrived at Boat Specialists, it was shipped out and arrived amazingly fast.
Boat Specialists were fast and friendly. I’d buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.

The website is updated daily, however, sometimes an item is allowed to go into the shopping cart before the website is updated. In this case, unfortunately, another customer bought the motor less than an hour before you did.
