Delivery is already 9 days late, and their logistics department keeps on telling me that they don’t have any information. They also ignore my requests to be provided with more information or any contact number that I can call for more information. Such a nice brand, very helpful during the order process, but apparently not trustworthy

Canape modele Zurich …

J ai acheté en 2025 deux canapes modèle zurich avec tissu bristol. Le tissu de l assise s est rapidement détendu. Après appel auprès du magasin pour m étonner de la qualité du tissu on m a répondu que j aurai du choisir un tissu plus cher !! Si j avais voulu la qualité Ikea je serai allée chez Ikea au moins j en aurai eu pour mon argent (valeur des deux canapes 4500€). De plus l assise s est légèrement affaissée en moins d un an. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce modèle qui de plus n est pas confortable.

Achat Canapé

Nous venons de recevoir notre canapé Carlton de BoConcept.
Nous étions très bien conseillé et guidé sans nous faire de la pression pour acheter.
Nous sommes ravis de notre acquisition et merci aussi à l’équipe des livreurs qui ont été top aussi!

Un très bon accueil

Un très bon accueil. L'équipe est disponible et a l'écoute. Les meubles sont design, confortables et bien mis en valeur. Une belle découverte, je recommande vivement !

Cette marque vend une assurance dite…

Cette marque vend une assurance dite « anti-taches » avec ces canapés. Cette assurance garantie l’intervention d’un technicien en cas de tâche sur votre canapé. Nous y avons souscrit, et suite à une taches nous avons demandé à ce qu’elle soit mise en œuvre. Après de multiples mails et relances auprès du SAV il ne s’est toujours rien passé . Nous n’avons aucune réponses , la société et le prestataire se renvoient la balle. Bref une escroquerie à 160 euros.

BOConcept Edinburgh- Worse Supplier

BOConcept Edinburgh have to be the worse company I have dealt with ever and I am a professional Buyer. Please be aware before doing business with this branch. My lack of research not only cost me >£2000. They have now informed me my delivery will be late. They waited until my order was fully paid before informing me. I am passing this to my banks legal team. Best advise is to avoid BoConcept Edinburgh and carry out research.

Boconcept Brussel Antwerpen

Zeer tevreden met mijn gekozen bank en draaistoel, prachtig leder en mooie stoffenstoel. Levering zeer vriendelijk en professioneel gemonteerd. We hadden in de winkel in Antwerpen besteld eind januari maar ging failliet, de bestelling werd netjes overgenomen door de vestiging in Brussel en correct afgehandeld. 3 maanden voor fabrication, was het wachten waard.

Clients insatisfaits

Bonjour, nous avons acheté en novembre 2022 auprès de Bo Concept un ensemble :1 fauteuil Charlotte et 1 pouf Bermuda tissu Mojave beige.
En novembre 2024,2 ans après, la couleur du fauteuil a viré et se trouve en décalage avec celle du pouf.
Or,le fauteuil et le pouf sont installés dans la même pièce avec la même exposition à la lumière.
Nous avons eu des réponses inappropriées et une fin de non recevoir de BoConcept à ce problème .
Nous sommes très mécontents.
Bo concept propose de beaux meubles à des prix élevés.Nous attendions la qualité et un SAV approprié .

Bon conseil à l'achat, qualité et SAV médiocres

Nous avons acheté de nombreux articles en 2019 pour réaménager notre appartement. Le conseil et service en magasin ont été très bons, nous étions ravis de nos achats. Malheureusement la qualité n'est pas au RV sur de trop nombreux produits avec des dégradations rapides. Ainsi dès 2022 nous avons jeté 2 des 4 tapis achetés qui avaient très mal vieilli et s’effilochaient sur les côtés. Plusieurs chaises de salle à manger ont perdu leurs tampons de protection dès 2021 alors que nous les utilisons moins de 10 fois par an (ils ont néanmoins été remplacés gracieusement). Des fauteuils en cuir prennent beaucoup de jeu avec l’âge, avec des vis cassées sous l'assise, sans que des vis de remplacement aient pu nous être fournies en pièces détachées, j'ai dû me débrouiller. Un luminaire a perdu son interrupteur en 2024, là encore le SAV ne peut pas en fournir d'autre, même à l'achat, le produit devient donc inutile. Enfin à la même époque les charnières de meubles bas lâchent et laissent en permanence la porte entrouverte sur plusieurs cm. Le SAV propose de me vendre de nouvelles charnières alors que le meuble n'a que 5 ans et est très peu utilisé. Nous avons 2 autres meubles à charnière du même type qui s’ouvrent aussi un peu mais cela reste acceptable. In fine seules les tables et une petite console résistent au temps ce qui est très peu. C’est dommage car ils ont de bons designers mais la qualité est loin de ce qui est légitimement attendu pour du mobilier de ce prix.

An awful company to deal with

Probably the worst shopping experiences we have ever had.
We ordered a sofa on line from the Bo Concept store in Barcelona for delivery to our home in Mallorca. We paid in full on the date of order at the end of July 2024 for a 12 week delivery. After receipt of the order we waited until the 12 weeks were concluded, and as we had heard nothing we emailed for a progress update. No response was received, and we began to wonder if we had been scammed. However, after a further chase up email this was replied to, that as yet they had not received delivery yet and would chase and report back. There then followed a weekly chase up by us, as there was not once a proactive update. Eventually after a further chase up email, we were told to back off due to the problems in Valencia following the floods there. This was the first we knew about any involvement in Valencia rather than Barcelona. The fact was however the sofa should have been delivered well before the floods. Towards the end of October we were then told that the sofa would be delivered to their warehouse in Valencia that week. Again we heard nothing, so yet again chased up. We were informed that they were still checking the delivery update. Eventually we were told that the item had not been delivered to Valencia and they would check their other warehouses in Spain. After 2 further days no sofa was found. They then asked the manufacturing warehouse in Denmark to check, and sure enough it had not been loaded on the original shipment. We were now 4 months after the order. I wrote to the company COO to complain. He never responded, but apparently asked someone to look into it. This person phoned late one Friday evening and promised to progress things as quickly as possible, and offered a 100 euro compensation.There then followed a series of weekly promises of delivery to Spain, without being met and requiring us to chase for an update. A loan sofa was then promised and delivered just before Christmas (5 months after order), they graciously said we would not be charged for this. Eventually yesterday 16th January we received the sofa. Again we were left to chase up the delivery company to ensure the timing of a morning delivery was met.
The amount of stress this has caused throughout has been enormous, first thinking we had been scammed, then having to continually chase without once having any proactive communication from Bo Concept. We just wish we had never heard of the company and will never use them again. I did of course write to the COOagain to gib5him the courtesy of knowing we had received the sofa, but of course he didn't reply.

Pas de regrets pour l'achat de notre…

Pas de regrets pour l'achat de notre canapé tant pour les conseils en amont, que la prise en compte de nos modifications, les délais de livraison tenus et enfin le montage.
Merci donc à toute l'équipe de BoConcept à Parly 2 : Séverine à la boutique, Guillaume et Thomas, ponctuels et efficaces lors de la livraison.

Great Experience- Fort Lauderdale Location

I walked into the Fort Lauderdale store and met with Amber- what a delightful person!! She knew exactly what I was looking for, easy to talk to.. now I just have to do some measuring of my own and get back with her on my new couch!! Thank you Amber with your expertise!!😉

Livraison défaillante

Très mauvaise expérience pour un achat de 2 fauteuils.

Rien à dire jusqu'au paiement de l'acompte pour ma commande de fauteuils fin Mars 2024.
Ensuite, 13 semaines de délai se sont écoulées pour obtenir un premier contact avec un livreur, le solde de ma commande ayant déjà été payé depuis 4 semaines sur demande du service commercial.
Bo Concept s'est montré manifestement défaillant dans sa communication interne et la coordination de ses services; et a fait preuve de graves lacunes en matière de traçabilité de ses commandes.

Livraison impeccable de notre table d'appoint Paris par Guillaume et Enzo
Ponctualité, reprise des cartons, installation tout est au top. Dommage que 6 étoiles n'existent pas !

Never Spanish BoConcept again!

Never Spanish BoConcept! Watch out - once you order online, your order gets into a black hole... The store that is near you (which should handle your order) claims... they will not handle it because the order was made online, once you get to the main office (after a week of calls and begging) they direct you to... the nearest store, which says... they cannot handle because it was online, then.. Groundhog Day. The date of delivery changes once the money disappear from your account (and it does right when you place the order) from 3-6 weeks to 3 months. Once requesting to give the money back - they have problems to make a refund - It's been already 6 weeks since i placed an order, a week since i asked for a refund, Absolutely nightmare... I just need a table :-(
