Have been purchasing petite clothing from Boden for about 25 years now. I love the styles and the materials that are used. I'm a bit disappointed, however, that there has been a massive decline in the petite options.

Lovely but not on me …
I ordered the multi bloom dress and the ginger dotted dress. Both are maxi dresses.
Both were lovely but not on me. The ginger dot dress was unlined and a little too flimsy. Maxi didn't work on this style. The multi bloom dress swamped me. I returned both sadly.
I have given three stars because of my reaction but other people might find them very wearable.
Boden as usual sent the dresses promptly and kept me informed of the progress of my returns and refund.
Sadly, I may have to acknowledge that at 70 I may be too old for Boden. In which case I would like to thank the company for 40 years of lovely clothes.

The size seems true.
I am very pleased with the summer dress I bought. Although I am 5ft 4 inches tall I still thought that the length was a little too long. The material was lovely and the dress hung beautifully.

Brilliant company
Gorgeous dress, beautiful quality and even better that it was in the sale so fantastic value too. Delivery was super quick - less than 48 hours from ordering, and free too. What's not to like. Thanks Boden I'd give 10 stars if I could.

The blouse I bought is excellent quality and I love it. Unfortunately had to return one item. The customer service was excellent. I was dealt with

Customer services were amazing.
Unfortunately my parcel went missing after Evri delivered to the wrong address. I notified them straight away and was really impressed with how the Boden team rectified the situation. The top itself was absolutely lovely when it arrived the second time.

Great shopping experience…
The whole process of ordering and sadly returning my order was super-quick and straightforward.
Unfortunately the items ordered didn’t suit me but the return was dealt with very quickly and I’ll be confident shopping with Boden again in future.
