I purchased the Ultimate Body 12-week fitness guide years ago, and have been trying to follow the guide on and off, having never made it past week 2 of the 4 week pre-training programme.

I had the guide in book format, which never worked for me. Maybe if I had the videos it would be a little better.

I found the stop start of seeing what was next in the work out session cumbersome. I live in a flat in an old building, and the jumping elements of the workouts were not feasible.

I have also recently realised that as a plus size woman, I found it didn't reflect my body. The book is full of photos of thin women (think Instagram fitness influencer) and not seeing my body shape represented in the guide made it feel inaccessible to me. I want to see people with my body type moving in ways that nourish them because it shows to me I can do the same.

I am making this review because I am done trying to follow this programme after years of on/off, and will find something suited for me.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months and they are still taking money out even though i have not been using app etc. They dont even respond to my emails!!!!! Not happy Jan!!

Excellent communication and help. I was having troubles with my account and Aleli sorted them out straight away. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product but it was refunded to me as soon as I emailed them. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family!

I purchase a book a couple of years ago. Fine. I just got a notice that my password was compromised on their site. Now here is where the fun begins. I had to go digging through the FAQ to find one contact for support. The links are broken for this contact on multiple areas of their site. Their landing page links are also broken. It looks like the business hasn't update any of their social in quite a while. How do I know? Oh, yeah I had to go poking around their social media to try and contact someone. I've tweeted at them, found a bizarre email connected to their facebook and reached out. I messaged them on Instagram. I would like my account closed. Who knows if I'll get to talk to a real person. Not at all worth it.

I just ordered the fitness guide and it looks like :
I cannot login ( only existing user can do it , thanks but how can I create a new one)
I cannot contact the support: chat with us doesn’t work ( looks like it addresses the link to a spam website)
Customer support by email: they never replied me
Track my order : doesn’t work
Please can someone help me? Thanks a lot

I ordered a month ago and have received no response to numerous emails and facebook messages. My order has certainly not shipped and the fact that they can't be bothered to even respond to customer queries is very worrisome. Especially considering my credit card was charged when the order was placed.

Please be careful with the bad reviews, Is not overpriced as they always offering discount 50% 70% also they give you option online or manual or both. I have both the books came quick. If you really focus and you do it as they say in the books will see amazing results. I love it helps to to get back to healthy lifestyle the exercises are very good and gives your body plenty time to recover.

I ordered at end of last year some replacement bands and to this date March 22, 2021 I have still not received my order and I was charged. Multiple communications with someone named Erin G. Who keeps promising me it is ready to ship and will let me know tracking info when it does. Asked for full refund and forget order and was offered free extra set of bands..what I want is a refund and you can keep your product and your crappy customer service. Cannot use COVID 19 as an excuse definitely not now. I ordered original equipment mid pandemic last year and got it quickly now you cannot even get bands to me.

Very disappointed there quick enough to take my money but when I went to sign up no information I looked my spam email to see if it’s there nothing I went to contact them wouldn’t reply until I send a very strong message for them to actually message me back to get my money back. Be careful

Be very careful with this company. Their customer service is okay when getting the product and terrible when you want to return it. They sent me the loop with an open box. Which came way earlier than the gym. I tried it out and realized it wasn’t going to work for me. I returned the items and got a partial refund. I tried several times to contact them to ask why and got crickets. I will need to get legal help now. It’s ridiculous that they can’t even answer an email. Stay away from this company.

I bought the Fitness& Nutrition Bundle when they were discounted.
BodyBoss caught my interest, because I wasn´t interested in loosing weight- since I´m almost underweight- but because I wanted to become fit and strong.
I must say, I´m pretty satisfied with both books!

The Nutrition Guide features a good variety of healthy receipes and snacks for 12 weeks. They show you your shopping list at the start of each week and which meal you should prep on sundays, to make it easier to integrate the plan when you are working. The meals are varied over all, but it could happen that you have to eat a meal more than once a week. That´s nothing that bothers me in particular. Especially, since I really like the receipes.

The Ultimate Body 12-weeks fitness guide is VERY challenging. I´m a very unfit couch blob and had troubles with the pre-training, which is meant to prepare you for the real thing.
BUT, if you are determined and pull through, you´ll see and feel results very fast. After one week, I was able to do both cycles of the training ( at the beginning I was only able to do one) and I could see that my thighs started to look better/ more defined.
If I´m able to see first results with the pre-training alone, I´m pretty sure, the real training will lead to amazing results.

It does feel a bit overpriced as you’re basically paying top dollar for simply a book. The workouts are VERY challenging, even the pre-training. However, it does get results. You’ll just be dying at the end of each workout!

Wonderful way to start training when you suck! I’m losing weight and feeling stronger. 5 stars :)
