You can trust BoilerJuice to deliver when they say they will, very efficient and good communication.

Heating oil arrived today early £150 cheaper than my original supplier who wouldn’t give me a price for the day brilliant service definitely using next time

I have used Boiler Juice in the past and they have always given me decent prices. This time was no exception and the tanker turned up within the timescale stated.

My one gripe with this company are their automated emails after you have requested a quote - asking you "what did we do wrong, can we help" - when all I wanted is a quote and not to order. Possibly a small gripe but it must annoy others as well and they continue to do this for every quote.

Surprised delivery within 24h of ordering!
As suggested in an email to me, I wanted to order 300l oil as price had more than doubled due to war in Middle East, however this was not an option available to me. Previously, 500l cost me around £320, this order was almost £750. Difficult for 2 pensioners to afford.

Buyer beware. Boilerjuice is not regulated by OFGEM and if you read their recent reviews you will notice a pattern of very poor experiences. Their customer service is absolutely shocking with some shameful opportunistic business practices. They do not return calls when promised. The resolutions team appears to be a single person who sends automated replies without any individual care or consideration. After services/deliveries are not fulfilled, money is retained as credit instead of being refunded and they are actually not providing the best price. Find a local supplier and deal direct and the price is lower than going through Boilerjuice.

In the current circumstances delivery earlier than expected, price was up but again that was to be expected. Have always had good service from you

The order was the most expensive I have had delivered with the price based on guesswork, not as a result of supplier survey. The order was delivered within 5 days of payment, the most prompt ever. At almost double the price of my previous order, I do not believe this represents a fair deal.

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered and paid for delivery of 500 litres of heating oil. A couple of days later - after U.S. v Iran war started I received an email telling me the order and delivery was canceled and my payment refunded - but inviting me to reorder - at DOUBLE the price I had already ordered and paid only a couple of days earlier - but for oil that would have already been in stock with the supplier and purchased by them at pre-war price. I had no choice (with almost empty tank) so paid over 151p per litre. It would be moral to be partially refunded by Boiler Juice as such price hiking / profiteering is obscene.

Badly let down.Ordered and paid March 1st for delivery on 16th.Cancelled our order leaving us without heat and hot water.Avoid.

Expensive (not the supplier's fault) but delivered quickly - 3 days even though it said 'within the next two weeks'.

On 16th March I was told that my heating oil level was critically low. (I'm registered as blind, so misread the gauge. ) My usual supplier couldn't deliver any more in any sensible timescale, so I went to BoilerJuice, who offered 3 options for speed of delivery. I took the option "delivery on or before 19 h March," (3 days) and paid the huge premium of nearly 20p/litre for the express delivery. No communication from BoilerJuice until the 20th, when they advised me that the delivery was being rescheduled for the 22nd. My oil ran out on 21st.
When I asked BoilerJuice for a refund of the express delivery premium under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act, their complaints department blandly advised that their policy is to refund 1p per litre for late deliveries and that in any case they are only the agent, and their supplier won’t refund any more. (The payment was made to BoilerJuice, not the outfit that actually delivered the oil on the 22nd....) My view is that BoilerJuice ( or their subcontractor ) failed to meet the part of my contract with them which involved me paying a hefty premium for an early fixed date delivery and that they should refund that portion of my payment. Their view – in essence – was “tough – not our policy. “
Not sure whether this is actually illegal, or just unfair and very sharp practice. I will investigate, but meanwhile I suggest avoiding this outfit while prices (and margins) are so high.

Always delver on time and they are very professional.

Good price and good delivery even in these times of trouble

Very good service as usual but whilst recognising the problems created by the situation in the Middle East the price I had to pay seems excessively high!
