Although the website states 30 day money back guarantee, they advertised a product they DID NOT have. Company contacted me by email to inform me of this but refused a refund, instead insisted that I select another product. When I refused and stated I would settle this fraud with my cc company, they said they would return my money. That was a week and a half ago, no refund. This is a fraudulent company. I filed a claim with my cc and forwarded all the emails. Stay away from this company. By the way, they still had the purse up for sale that they “no longer carry”.

Terrible experience with this Company. I ordered a xxl puffa jacket for my husband last August 2025 & received an xs back. I returned this to their address in China which sat in Customs until now when it was returned to me! I again demanded a refund but same old story offering me a store credit! I do not want any inferior goods off their website. I’ve never dealt with such a situation like this before! Do not buy from them!

Billige Ware. Ware nach China zurück gesendet, Sommer 2025, die Adresse habe ich von dem Kundenservice erhalten. Da gibt es kein Unternehmen unter der Adresse. Doppelte Versandkosten da das Paket zurück kam. Erstattung gibt es nur als Gutschein. Abzocke hoch 10

Ordered, what looked like a really thick, warm aviator jacket, which claimed to be sheepskin leather!

What a joke......

It wasn't sheepskin or any other kind of leather, it resembled a rag with plastic straps, hideous, absolutely hideous.

Go through your banks for the refund, as they will try their best to not issue it. They stated their return address is:

I Ordered a necklace which they claimed was 925 silver and was advertised as 50% off at £19.95.
The necklace arrived in a cheap cellophane packet.2 of the chains were completely tangled.The item should have at least been on a card or in a box
There was no hallmark mark on the necklace.Ihave since seen the same item on other websites at a third of the price.I had to buy a gift box as this was a present.When I complained to Bonafita they apologised and offered me a partial refund of 20%.I accepted this and gave them my bank details.This about 3 weeks ago.When ever I ask where my refund is I am given numerous flimsy excuses with a promise that it will be expedited within the week.Nothing has been received by me. I would advise potential customers not to purchase from this firm.Completely unreliable .

Terrible experience! I’ve bought a wall lamp and the photos at website aren’t true… the item was different!!

These items are counterfeit goods being sold at original goods prices. The warehouse the goods are sent from is in China and the items that arrive are not even the items you will order. The quality is beyond poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Do not buy from this company!. You cannot as a leave a review on their website, interestingly as it is full of 5 star reviews? I wish I ad checked trustpilot before purchasing. I have just received a £50 trench coat, it is appalling quality, I can't stress that enough, the material is awful, cheap and nasty, and it would not fit a 12 year old child and it is supposed to be an XL womens coat? I feel totally and utterly ripped off and the company have refused a full refund unless I return the coat to China!

Awful. If you’re reading this you have already been done!! Dishonest and misleading. Product not as described cheap and nasty. No mention that it’s shipped from China!! Hundreds of emails no results. Should be shut down

Do not go any where near this company. Ordered a jumper for my wife from here, stupidly on my part dod notnlook into thw company. Took almost a monyh to arrive from China, when it did the Jumper was shocking, the pattern didnt match on the jumper. And the arms where that short they went to her Elbows. Asked for a refund they in which they refused, Saying keep the item and we will give you 10%. Keep well away!

All these comments are true! Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be ripped off. Not a chance of getting a refund on the cheap crap they send you. Like reviews say you may as well go to the cheap sites and get what you pay for rather than paying high street prices for cheap crap you receive.

Counterfeit items, cheaply made, shipped from China and nowhere near the sizes ordered despite the cheap labels sewn in that says otherwise.

This company is a complete scam, do not purchase from them.
Their company address on their website, as well as the contact number, is in the Netherlands and the prices are reflective of local companies but in fact they ship Chinese made goods from China, for which you pay premium prices. Better off buying this cheaply made stuff from Temu for a fraction of the price. Not only does the delivery take weeks, but it's very expensive to return the items, which I found out only after the fact. I have exchanged 10 emails with them and they are yet to send me an address where to return their badly made goods.
Moreover, they sent me half the number of items I purchased. The website clearly states "2 pieces" for cushions and they are 2 in each photo, so I ordered 2 packets expecting to receive 4 cushions in total but received only 2. Now they claim I only ordered 2 cushions?! I can't believe I purchased before checking the reviews here, the company address on their website made me believe I was dealing with a legitimate company.

I wanted to return an item and get refund and they would not provide the details , look at the FAQ they say they only provide them when you want to return but they dont provide them so you can’t get a refund

I ordered some shorts which arrived but didn’t fit me. I asked for return details and a full refund. They did reply promptly but only to offer me 10% refund and I could keep the shorts that I don’t want! Lesson learned - do not buy goods from foreign companies that have no base in the UK!

Wie hier von vielen bereits beschrieben... 1 Stern ist noch zu viel -5 wäre passender. Leider tauchen immer mehr dieser China-Shops im Internet auf, mit guter Gestaltung der Webseiten, guter KI-Sprachübersetzung und ohne einen Hinweis, dass der MIST aus China stammt - und dem ggf. damit verbunden Ärger, falls man an eine Rücksendung denkt. VERGESST ES!

Ich habe eine Bestellung über 2 Übergangsjacken getätigt. Beide Jacken kamen zusammen in einem Weichpacket von 18cm x18cmx26cm. Da die Verpackung Rückschlüsse auf die Jacken zuließ wollte ich beides zurück geben. Was in den AGB's versteckt geschrieben wurde, dass man die Ware zurück nach Asien(China) senden muss. Die Versandkosten muss man selber tragen und betragen zwischen 35 und 50€. Dieses habe ich schweren Herzens in Kauf genommen. Paket wurde am 17.01 2025 versendet. Am 17.06. 2025 kam das Paket als unzustellbar zurück.Damit war aber auch die Frist für eine Reklamation bei PayPal abgelaufen. Ich habe mich mehrfach mit der Fa. per Mail in Verbindung gesetzt und immer wieder als Antwort bekommen ich sollte die Ware an das Lager in Asien zurücksenden. Ich hege den Verdacht, daß das ganze Methode hat und warne hiermit Ausdrücklich vor dem Lieferanten.
