Paid but never received the item
Paid but never received the item – refund refused
I placed an order on March 13, 2026 and paid in full by card. I did not receive any order confirmation.
After 10 days with no communication, I contacted the company myself. I was told that my order was “in preparation”.
On March 30, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and the order would not be fulfilled.
Despite not delivering the product, the company refused to issue a refund and instead tried to force store credit, which I did not accept.
They repeatedly referred to their internal policies and “final sale” terms, even though this is not a return case but a clear failure to deliver a paid order.
Keeping a customer’s money without delivering the product and refusing a refund is unacceptable and highly misleading.
I have initiated a chargeback through my bank and also reported the case to consumer protection authorities.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.
