Some time ago I chose b Online as an Internet provider. What an unmitigated disaster it turned out to be!!
During the next two weeks I spent over 15 plus hours on my mobile to South Africa at some great cost to myself, talking to very unhelpful assistants all to no avail. Trying to run a small business I gave up the effort and went to another internet provider, they sorted the problem out within two days. So I ended up with full Broadband and a telephone line both of which B Online failed to provide! I am now receiving demands for cancellation fees for a service which they never provided. I have been in business well over 50 years and have never met a company who expected to be paid for a service which was never provided. Their excuse was that I had not given them enough time to resolve the issue, although another company managed to sort it out within two days. I would rate their customer service as less than helpful and should it be necessary I am quite willing to go to arbitration. People should be very wary of false promises if dealing with this company

Great service from start to finish. I WhatsApp BOnline, to embed a link to my website, they did it immediately but it looked off, so they offered free of charge to design its own page. 24hrs later it’s done and live - it looks great. Great communication, great service.

Generally good experience with bOnline. Then unexplained big price increase. Shaakira appears to have resolved it. She was helpful and reasonably clear given a complex background.
