Eric Saved the day :-)
It's easy to write a 5 star review when everything goes as planned. Great companies stand out when there is a problem and how they deal with the problem. So we had a last minute job and needed a Carnet on a Saturday. Royal Mail screwed up and it never arrived from Liverpool Chamber for a flight from Heathrow. However Eric from Boomerang Carnets sorted it so we could pick up a replacement locally near Heathrow before our Monday morning flight. Exceptional service and everything sorted in the end. Thank You Eric, you saved the day.

Excellent Service
The speed, responsiveness, friendliness and knowledge of the team makes these guys easy to work with. The process is simplified as much as it can be (given that no one enjoys carnets) and prices are fair too. Thanks as always.
