Was very quick and thorough

Was very quick and thorough! Got me more runes than I expected to get and leveled the gathering profession to go with the crafting one I chose too. 5/5 big recommend.

Great communication and understanding

Great communication, understanding and easy to work with they listened to my concerns and found someone willing to do it a safer way, they do however sub contract thats where most bad reviews most likely come from as boostroom themselves are a great experience and will jump through rings of fire to give the customer a good experience. all in all would definitely recommend to other people

I am so amazed with the service

I am so amazed with the service. Transaction went smooth and customer service is very good. Will highly recommend. You won’t regret doing business with them.

Excellent Customer Service

This was the first time ordering a boosting experience. The person who I was in contact with was able to answer all of my questions (quickly) and they were able to provide consistent updates upon request. I work in the customer service field so I hold customer service to a high level and this group blew it out of the water. I will for sure be recommending them to friends and I know the next time I make a boosting purchase (probably next month), I'll be going directly to BoostRoom

First order with boost room

First order with boost room, they completely failed to complete it. They did refund my money but when I left a negative review here they were persistent about trying to make things right in hopes to have the review removed. Down to essentially just giving me gold to remove the review.

I refused the gold but told them to give me a discount on a service and if they did well with that service I'd remove my review. I insisted they need to communicate with me prior to logging in and out of my account and they promised they would.

Long story short, they failed to communicate again on logging in and out of my account just hopping on willy nilly without telling me. They also told me the service was complete and when I logged in it was only 80% completed. Would not use, prices are high compared to others and service from the boosters is bad (I do feel like the customer service is responsive but they lie about the quality of service their boosters can provide).
