I bought a chair and it was broken right out of the box. They won't take it back and refund my order. Do not do business on this site. Buyer Beware!!!

Ordered a chair.came on time.unfortunatly it wasn't what we wanted exactly.tried to contact three times ,no response..finally ..they responded with..can we give you 5$ to keep the item...this was the.most bizarre response..I requested the info to return it....still waiting on a response.

A relative sent me an item that I wanted to return and have her money refunded. After one month, many emails, and a promise of a refund, NO REFUND. Customer service just keeps referring to their "partner," whom I gather imports Chinese goods and sells them through this retailer.
What kind of business has no refund policy, unless that is clearly stated? They also overcharged for the item.
These people are crooks. Buyer beware!

Recently purchased a heater! It was on sale, the ordering was simple, received email validating purchase, and provided tracking number! Due to the Christmas holiday, it took a few weeks to receive the heater! It came in great condition, and works every well; especially in an open layout! The instructions could have been written better, but overall, I am very pleased! Will definitely shop from this site again!
