Gary at service oil company is outstanding.Does a great job listens to my concerns gets things fixed right away. Bought a 4yrd boss salter almost 2years ago. Since then, the whole tub has had to be replaced. The light switches in the back. Those didn't work again they fixed Em. Now they don't work again. The control box the on off switch is sometimes.Don't work. I'm pretty disappointed. I have a snow dog salter. That's 20 years old that I've only had to put an augur in, a spinner,and a vibrator in 20 years. This boss product i've had nothing but trouble since I bought it. Not happy at all for the amount of money that I paid for it. I've purchased 4 plows from Gary. The plows and his service is second to none.Salter product again.Not really pleased.

This is our 4th Boss plow and our 4th Boss spreader we’ve bought since I took over as Highway Superintendent. Every one of them has performed flawlessly with minimal repairs needed in 6 years. The support we receive from Valley Welding has been exceptional as well.

Call the office and talk to Jackie told her I need to replace my salt spreader within a day. She had a new one ready to go. I was delayed in the pick up. They were very understanding and helpful when I did pick up the spreader. when I did pick it up,their employeeinstalled it for us. And did a test runIt’s all around. It was a good experience as always.

I have a Boss V-plow and like it , I had a the 600 and like it, the price of bagged products has forced me to rethink salter so I bought s the 800

Able to use the turn function without getting out

My boss gave me a snowplow this winter. The installation went off smoothly and the plow feels sturdy. Some features of the controls took time to get used to but overall it works great. I also received excellent support when I had a question.

The ease of operating and performance has been very good! i do not like the cover on the front of the motor it very hard to get into when it is cold but overall love the product you put out!

Im not sure what you can do to improve. I've been a huge fan of your products for over a decade and own a number of 8-9ft DXT v-plows and VBX8000 salt spreaders. But I purchased VSI 750 and 305 and it has been a nightmare that exposes me to liability. That's pretty infuriating.

Update: thanks for responding BOSS. Unfortunately no amount of phone support can fix a machine with this number of issues and no one will reimburse us for the time lost attempting to use the machine we purchased in good faith or the poor service it’s translated to on clients’ properties. We’re frustrated over the amount of money we wasted not only on multiple sprayers but on the brine maker which takes 10 hours to produce 3k gallons (not 1k per hour as advertised). I’ll also share that we purchased the machine in November. It’s now Feb 4 and we still cannot use it. We’re being bombed with storms and cannot continue dedicating hours and hours to your support team. If our business and the reputation of your product meant that much to you I suppose you’d find a way to dispatch a technician or engage the distributor.

Great products! This is not our first Boss plow.

The boss vbx+ 2 yard spreader has exponentially increased my efficiency. This is first bed size spreader i have owned or used and its intuitive controls make it simple to use. The material tracking function has positively affected my profitability now that I am able to spread desired amounts of material more precisely. I am looking forward to future innovations of the vbx+ series and their co-CFT counter parts.

Dealer had good communication and quick installation when it was time. Went over operation with me. So far so good.

Great products and great people to work with wouldn't go anywhere else, positive electric in shawano wi. We have purchased 3 brand new Boss DXT plows and will continue to buy our equipment through them.
