I have been attending Bobbys Wednesday reformer classes for over a year now and cannot praise her classes highly enough. She pushes the class to be our best selves and energises us all with her amazing attitude and knowledge of reformer. Bobby is always supportive and kind (especially when you struggle with exercise and give up exercise easily!) it’s a true addiction now and will never look back.

Appalling customer service.

Having purchased a £175 bungee trampoline of my own. I contacted H/Q to notify them that the sole reason I bought the trampoline was that I needed to bounce on a firm trampoline for health reasons ( issues with my leg) and the trampoline I had been given was literally saggy in the middle. I requested that I be allowed to swap my brand new trampoline for a used trampoline from H/Q that was very firm. My request was denied and no refund offered even though for me the trampoline I have purchased is unusable.

Bounce promotes itself as supporting women and fitness for all. Obviously not, as said in other reviews it’s all about the money. Just be careful when purchasing items, there is no customer service.

I attended a few bounce workshops and each time is like attending it for the first time. Always very innovative and fun. Each time was as exciting and fun and I personally cannot get enough of it. I will continue to attend every time I get a chance 😊. The best cardio ever 🫶

I’ve been a Bounce fan for 1.5 years now. I joined solely because I wanted to get fit ahead of my wedding.

I joined with super low expectations, feeling really nervous to be in a room full of people I’d never met before.

I can’t tell you how much joining Bounce Chigwell has been genuinely life changing. From the moment I entered that room, Natasha has been the most wonderful, kind and enthusiastic instructor I could have wished for.

Not only has my fitness and physical health been the best it has been in all my adult life, Bounce has really positively impacted my mental health (which I didn’t even realise I needed!) I genuinely look forward to my Bounce & Beats sessions each week and Natasha has fostered the best, supportive, lovely class vibe which just makes it addictive! I’m grateful to have a class where I feel welcome and confident to be myself with the best Bounce family I could ask for.

Thank you to Natasha - a true superwoman - who deserves all the praise in the world. And thank you to Bounce as a whole for providing this genuinely fun, friendly and fierce atmosphere for all. I highly recommend it to anyone of any age!

What was great ……
Fabulous venue and parking.
Music brilliant… few toilets to use.
Offered body glitter.
A good mix of classes - we didn’t like the boot camp and was glad it was only short!
Instructors were motivating and talented. 5/5

What wasnt so great
The meal was advertised as “wholesome” it really wasn’t. Rice and chopped breaded chicken. Disappointing snacks - no real healthy ones and considering was an exercise day there was no water or cold drinks - glad I brought many to share out.
A little disappointed with the choice of things to buy and the goody bag - would have been nice to get a few more goodies rather than just the 1 item. 3/5

Would I go again probably yes but would welcome a few improvements.
Some people there had been to the ones at HQ and it was advised those ones were better. Haven’t been so can’t comment !

Firstly, I’d like to say the event itself was great. The classes were energetic and fun, even though it was hot and difficult to hear what was said into the microphones, the atmosphere was positive and the team made sure everyone felt included and enjoyed themselves.
However, for the price paid and the distance we travelled, parts of the experience didn’t meet expectations. The event description mentioned complimentary snacks (including fruit) and a wholesome lunch, with the choice of chicken tenders or a plant-based gluten-free option.
Unfortunately, the food fell short. There was no fruit available and the lunch was extremely disappointing. I chose the vegan option, which turned out to be a grey, unidentifiable mass with plain rice, dry, chewy, and entirely lacking in vegetables. Not exactly the “wholesome” meal described. Others in our group had the chicken and reported it was also dry and unappetising. None of us were able to finish our meals. Not ideal when taking part in physically demanding classes.
We were also surprised that no bottled water was provided. At a fitness and wellbeing event, this felt like a basic necessity that had been overlooked.
Finally, the goodie bag was underwhelming. A low-quality printed tote containing what appeared to be a small scrap of sports fabric. It felt more like an afterthought than a meaningful part of the event experience.
While we genuinely enjoyed the workout sessions, the catering and added elements left us disappointed. Especially given the cost of the event and the effort to attend. I won't be attending again.

Amazing room full of motivation wall to wall!! What a VIBE!!

This is my third or fourth Bodyworkshop and they’ve been slightly different each time! This time I loved boot camp so much more than previous times. The resistance bands were a little fiddly but were much better than working with lifting the trampoline.
I still think belly should be in the first half of the workshop, as it’s not as achievable to master the moves after lunch, I also miss the weight plates to this class type.
I love this class and feel it needs a bit more love but that’s just me! The vibe is always there and I loved seeing Bertie and Morgs more on stage, they are so much fun!!

Bounce Bodyworkshop the North was a fantastic day celebrating all things BOUNCE! The atmosphere, venue and instructors were great - having previously attended Bounce Bodyworkshop HQ I was amazed at how seamlessly the vibes were recreated at the first ever up north event! Thank you to everyone involved!

It was fantastic - a full day of Bounce classes - some I knew and some that were new. Excellent energy from the Bounce team, powering us through to the end! Not all classes were for me but I gave them a go with full energy! The vegan lunch - I don’t eat things that are designed to be like meat - I wanted some veggies! But I loved it - when’s the next one in the north?

The workshop was a good opportunity to try all of the classes in one go.
I didn’t think I would be fit enough, only having attended Bounce for 6 months and not being consistent but I was wrong and pacing myself got me through and I was able to give each class a good go.
Fran and Yaz were the stars of the day. The energy and enthusiasm throughout was unmatched, they were so friendly and welcoming, checking in and offering reassurance to everyone.
Fran put so much work into preparing the venue, despite having two young children. I bet it was a long few days!
The venue was fine, plenty of space and not cramped. Good parking and easy to get to.
You got a little gift bag and the opportunity to purchase some clothing. A better range of sizes per item, would have been better but the girl selling was helpful when purchasing. The gym tops are of good quality for the price.
The only constructive feedback is to know the order of classes beforehand. I could have done with more smaller breaks.
Snacks and lunch was provided which was much needed. I found the food plain but hot and still ate it, as I was so hungry after back to back sessions.
Overall, the workshop was a good day overall but wouldn’t have been what it was without Fran and Yaz being part of it and poring energy into sessions, just when it was needed to get you through

The day was great fun! High energy, friendly people and each of the classes was an enjoyable challenge.

The team managed some tech issues without fuss, and even though I wasn’t able to do some of the moves because I have no coordination 😂, I felt well able to join in and try everything.

100% recommend to others and will be looking to come again!

((Bounce)) is such a friendly welcoming gym to have fun whilst working out. The instructors make you feel so welcome and always make time to say hello. They really are lovely and make the workouts so much fun. It is a great atmosphere. It’s my happy place where I get to have some me time and catch up with friends. I love it!

It was a really good day, the atmosphere was amazing and the classes were fun and well organised. The facilities were good and the lunch provided was also very good.

This was my second workshop and I have to say I did enjoy the day with my local group. But the vibe was very different to the one back in Jan/Feb. The song choice wasn’t great and there was a lot of repetitiveness throughout the day. Towards the end there was more energy but that should have lasted the whole day. I still had fun and enjoyed the day.

The day was absolutely brilliant. My only constructive comment would be that the 1st break didn't need to be as long and the lunch break a bit longer as I struggled with the first sessions after lunch on a full stomach. Other than that fab x

It was sooooo warm! Head Quarters could definitely do with investing in more fans/ air con units for under the mezzanine. Quite a few of the Tramps broke at the back of room too where they were the old ones. Great experience but won’t be rushing to book another Body Workshop day again due to the heat in the building and the faulty tramps.

Absolutely loved the workshop. The staff were so welcoming. The atmosphere was insane. The energy was next level. I will 100% be attending again. Loved it, thanks to all the ((BOUNCE)) team. You nailed it x
