My old washing machine threw a hissy fit, the wife said fix it!! Pfft electronic fault not a chance. Found a AEG washer dryer on eBay looked like a good price.
Unable to click on buy now as it was courier delivery. Damn this is now 18.30+. Sent an email to Bourne fantastic home furniture anyway b***er me got a reply almost immediately.
“Help I need a washing machine now!!!!”
“Q” Where are you?
“A” Surrey.
We have a courier your way tomorrow.
Paid via PayPal, all sorted.
Got a phone call from the courier in the morning, “be with you in 2.5 hours”
On my doorstep by 11.30.

I bought a range cooker. Free delivery too which is always a bonus. Super fast delivery and very nice customer service from buying to delivery. So glad I come across this company.

Amazing service very quick and helpful

Amazing service from start to finish! I seen a bed online showed them and they made it and it looks AMAZING for a fraction of the price I seen online. Also my other half drew out a design for a king size sofa bed we wanted made. And they done it no trouble at all and it looks amazing. They kept us updated through the whole process. We also got a Samsung washing machine and dryer and a chesterfield cuddle chair and they were amazing prices ! Delivery was fantastic too. Beds were made within the time specified too and all delivered in one go to us on the date we agreed. Can't recommend these guys enough! Recommended to all my friends and family and would never go anywhere else !

very good company and helpful delivery was spot on
the only critical thing i can say is the description of the item grade A does not tell you whats wrong with it in my case it was the handle that was damaged when i looked back at the photo i could see it . the Driver was very polite and helpful would do business with you again many thanks David Weaver

Excellent service and delivery . Everything was as it should be regarding bed only minor issue only 2 bolts for headboard instead of 4 but not Bournes fault that was down to manufacturer.

Amazing service. Ordered a bed and corner sofa within a 5 minute conversation. Was given a waiting time but they were delivered earlier than expected. I was emailed the day before to let me know the delivery date and was called on the day to say they were 20 minutes away. Both items are lovely. Thank you Bourne Home Furniture.
