i bought a stylus from them for $30 at almost last year (beginning of 2024? i'm not sure) the product barely lasted 2 months before it started glitching out and wearing down and scratching my screen up and i was using it as correctly as i can ... it once shocked me pretty hardly and i started to bleed from it i mean the stylus was okay for a little bit so i'll give it two stars i guess

They have sent me the wrong item and once I asked for a refund they started to ignore me.

Update:

I heard back from the costumer service and they have resolved the issue straight forward.

Scam company. Ordered two screen protectors for multimedia car head unit. They sent me a ball point pen. Amazon refunded my money so I would not have to deal with these crooks.

Dear Boxwave, I just received my screen protectors today. Two thing your packages are not good enough, they should be in a harder cardboard. Mine came with carton carrying screens from you opened. Bottom opened, and bent. This caused the screen protectors to both have creases in them. Also who’s bright was it to put a sticker on the screen with real glue!!! Sorry, folks bad packaging and damaged screens isn’t what I paid far.

BEWARE...HORRIBLE COMPANY...item purchased didn't work, sent multiple requests for refund, company NEVER responded

Ordered what I thought was a specialist stand for a HP Spectre X360. Was sent a poor quality generic tablet stand. Boxwave refused to send return postage label even though they are at fault, and even sent me their Amazon terms and conditions even though I didn't purchase the item through Amazon. I now have to return to the US at my own expense. Customer service representatives were sarcastic in their responses, I'm not going to 'have a nice day' after being ripped off am I?

Reporting to my credit card company for fraud. It seems that adverts are generated for products based on what you search for, rather than whether or not the item exists. They charged me $136 for shipping which I paid because I thought it was a specialist and heavy stand. I'm so angry.

I will NEVER use this company again.

Terrible company. The worst I have ever dealt with in my 37 years in business.
They sent me the wrong product. I emailed them several times and called them. No response!

I've placed several orders for screen protectors at Boxwave. They've always shipped quickly and customer service is also well done.

Their products aren't necessarily the cheapest out there, but they are the best and I've tried many others in the past. Whenever I get new electronics I make a point to order a protector from them for screen protection.
