Helping those of us with large thighs…
Helping those of us with large thighs to have a one piece knee brace. No uncomfortable elastic. By your measuring standards I would be in a 2XX. I opted for a 3X, instead. For me I think it's the right size. Not sure how tight the brace is supposed to be, but I can wear this one all day. I take it off a couple of times a day. Would recommend this product. Other people's reviews were spot on . Thank you to them and your company.

I found my cubital tunnel syndrome…
I found my cubital tunnel syndrome brace very uncomfortable and to big. The stays dig in my skin. Im not happy with this purchase at all

Comfortable neoprene gel ice pack
The neoprene gel ice pack with straps fits well, even when walking. It's very comfortable! The only issue is the ice pack is thin and they only last 15- 20 minutes. If they would either create a slightly thicker gel ice pack or figure out how to make this one stay cold for 30 minutes, that would be perfect and I would give it five stars.

Most disappointing feature concerning…
Most disappointing feature concerning the knee sleeves were the top and bottom rolled as soon as you put them on. You could not wear these under pants. They were also thicker than I thought they would be. They are comfortable and soft. Ok to wear around the house.

Runs small!
I like it but it runs small so be prepared. I thought a small would work but ordered a medium and it’s still pretty tight. Shoe size 6.5 so gauge accordingly.
