Wonderful initially. They could not respond quick enough when deciding on a plan.
Subsequently, an update meant it was no longer possible to manage utilising the same accessibility set up as tested during the refund window, so I asked if they offer services to assist given that it is now physically impossible due to disability due to those changes.
That was in August.
Replicated multiple times since. No support, no response regarding set up services or dev for the websites.
I went all in with Braincert for both my brands (one is a nonprofit for intractable pain; the other quite different), but until I can launch, stuck in a catch 22, without being able to utilise Braincert or edit the websites due to disability/the accessibility, which worked fine during the refund window.
The same question has been replicated multiple times since August and it’s now December. Given how quick they were prior, cannot recommend them. The support is appalling.

This tool is amazing. Your entire online academy can be managed from Braincert without having to use any other tool. It is easy to learn and has lots of features. Also, you don’t need any technical knowledge to start, so you can focus entirely on managing your courses.

BrainCert is my favorite LMS platform I've used so far. It's incredibly intuitive and offers a wide variety of features that are perfect for any training program. The analytics and quality score features are my favorite; I can easily see how well participants are doing, along with what areas need to be improved. This is great for regularly assessing the progress of all trainees. If you're looking for an LMS system, I would highly recommend it!
