Nothing that has been promised to behave I received

Iwas working.with brand rep for long time staff is very polite and helpfull bit once you pay them they don't work i.paid.them 1200 for new web site and seo service after 7 monthes my web site was gone because they had problem with.wix how was my problem any way iwasad for 3 montes then finely pay them $1000.dollar again for new web site because I already pay.tjem for seo.it.was my web site they did not explain any thing.after my.web.site.came.alive 3 monntes after my.seo.pkg.finshed they.said I have to pay another $1200 for seo I.said.last.year.i paid for.seo but you.did not.improve my.bisnes i had no.new client i do not want to pay.for seo its my.choice they told if I.dont pay they will shut.down.my web site in few.weeks they shut down.my.web.site also my gogel page they completely ruin my bisness so less then 2 years I.paid for 2 web.sires I paid 1000 dollar.for my.web.site they.shut.down in 2 montes what happened. To my money thay should told me that you are going to pay for seo also with us its a pkg.then won't pay them money for new.web site very sad bisness practice all those good reviews its all fake cathy

LISA WAS (AND IS) AMAZING!!! She not only walked me through some corrections needed to tighten my Google profile, she also gave some great advice on how to protect my business from scams, and increase my visibility and scalability when I'm ready. That's what a PARTNER is supposed to do!!!

They are a con! They took 500$ of my money that I used from my rent money, and soon as they took over, I was getting ALOT of clicks and no calls, meaning I paid over 1000$ in 3 days that they were managing my account. I was forced to close my account down on Google because of these people! I called and emailed them so many times for a refund and they refused. Asked for a supervisor and everytime I called to get one they kept telling me they will call back, and surprise, they NEVER called me! They stopped responding to my emails and refused to reach out! Do NOT spend your money on them! Don’t listen to these reviews cause most of them are fake and paid! Save your money and do your research on how to manage your own Google ads, because the bad thing is, Google will screw us over anyways! This company took advantage of a small business and new business owner an ld I had to start all over again and lost a lot of money in the process!

Kaddee was amazing! We have been with BrandRep for over 3 years now. We have sent multiple referrals over to her, and have never had a single issue with them. I have no clue why anyone would ever not go with BrandRep her straight forward personality is exactly what we needed. Honest and trustworthy just do it, don't question the process trust me do it!

Very upset with this company. Didn’t help me tailor my leads at all. Just activated my Google ads and started spending my money. Ended up losing about 500 on the whole thing with absolutely nothing to show for it. SCAM. DO NOT USE.

Well I'm New at BrandRep. So far so good I have been verified with Google so far and now we are working on optimization. They have been very supportive and they have been there for me every step of the way, answering questions and calling letting me know what to expect next. Can't wait to see what Brand Rep has in store for my business We Haul moving company LLC.

The process was supposed to be seamless. They were gonna hold our hands through the whole entire process and ended up us being the ones holding their hand. The website is terrible. The pictures are all wrong. We use them because they said that they would get us going on Google ads and they haven’t done anything as far as that either they put together as five dollar Website and charged us $550 a month so $3500 for six months for nothing a website that I could have had built for $300

It was wonderful working with them they were real helpful and explain to me everything along the way I really recommend them to everyone..

I have had the worst experience with BrandRep!!! I paid $4500 for a service close to 6 months ago which included a website, the website just got done last week but is full of errors and does not have everything I asked to be done. I did my own google profile despite this being part of the service I paid for, AI images were added to my website instead. I try to reach the sweet talking CEO that stole my money Charles over the course of the 5-6 months, I get crickets, the direct contact Janette responds only when she feels like, gaslights me and then gets almost nothing done after our conversation. I am more than frustrated and I just need my money back so I can find a company that will actually support my new small business. I regret falling for this scam!!!
