I have been a customer with Brayleys and their previous ownership at their old location for many years. The servicing has always been top rate and it was still the same in their new premises. If anything even more efficient with updates on the progress and completion at the time stated. Everything well documented and explained.

Easy to park , person in car park and sales person ready to see me on arrival

My wife and I visited Brayleys Hyundai to test drive a used Kona Hybrid. Johnathan organised 3 vehicles to show us, he was knowledgeable about the cars and informative.

As a regular dealership user, this time the Car Wash and vacuum wasn't carried out, not happy as a Motability Customer this function has always been carried out.

When questioned was informed that they've stopped this a week ago although car was booked for Service & Mot over 3 weeks agao.

Not happy at least they could have use their discretion.

I did not have a service book which I was told originally when I bought the car that it was all electronic from Ken Brown’s a different dealer that has subsequently ceased trading. However on speaking with Brayley’s they informed me that this is incorrect so not at fault and are now dealing with obtaining a new service book. Despite not dealing with the matter on collection as per my original review Stuart at Brayley’s has been excellent in understanding and looking to rectify the issue as soon as possible. This is what you want from a dealership and have updated this review accordingly and would recommend Brayley’s and feel confident in using them in the future. Thank you Stuart.
I will still include that the car did smell of cigarettes when I collected. In my view the car should be washed and cleaned and checked before collection.

Have dealt with Brayers ex Coupers for several years and found their Sales, Service and Parts team are all excellent and honest. Hyundai vehicles 6 x Ioniq Hybrids have proven to be very reliabile which helps.

Ok so I bought a 2019 i10 from an approved dealership . I have had so many issues it’s unbelievable. Firstly the air filter housing was broken and after much time wasting and no appointments at Hyundai I had to collect the parts and pay a third party garage to fit. Then the fan belt went and guess what? Yes collect belt and have it fitted at my cost. Now I have a misfiring problem oh and I waited 2 months to get a warranty appointment so basically couldn’t use the car for 2 months. Took the car in yesterday and was told that in order to correctly diagnose my problem I would have to pay for new spark plugs then they could proceed with whatever the problem was as plugs were not a warranty issue. I basically told them that I have had enough of Hyundai and their poor after service. I was told well they have a different approach? Anyway being extremely frustrated I said I wasn’t paying anymore money and collected the car unfortunately the problem was much worse, why is anybody’s guess. I had a very long drive home and rang them to say look the car is now totally unusable so could they please sort it out. I have left several messages for Mr Jon Law at the dealership and yet to receive a response. I would like to express to all future Hyundai buyers to be aware that when you have purchased your car if anything goes wrong you will then understand what a nightmare will ensue.

We picked up our 2nd car yesterday from hyundai in St Albans. We had a lovely man called Lewis helping us and he couldn't have been more helpful he looked after us so well and was very professional throughout the process bending over backwards to make the transition smooth and simple explaing everything in detail making sure we understood everything and we were happy with everything we will definitely be back
