Showroom was spotless, Jake went above and beyond to make us feel like the only customers that day, on picking up the vehicle Peter was meticulously and patient answering every question! Unbelievably polite, both went above and beyond to make this a very special experience!

Excellent service where the sales person explained options very clearly and we had a very good deal on a new Picanto.
A minor issue was that I was seen 15 mins late for one of the appointments, everything else was promptly dealt with.

There seems to be some confusion as to my last post.
I took my car to the garage for a diagnostic check.
They found the problem straight away and immediately gave me a price to prepare it,
The whole process from booking an appointment, a month before anyone else could do it, checking in, and collecting my car that afternoon was done in a very professional way. Having originally turned up, without an appointment, we were warmly welcomed by Syed. Explaining my excellent dealings with Kia, and the type of vehicle I required he immediately lined a variety of used cars that met my requirements. One car stood out, above the others, with details of all vehicles, we discussed the merits at home , and returned the next day and signed the deal on a beautiful KIA Sportage. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Excellent customer service Peter was great was looking to buy a new car he talked us through all the options and we settled on the picanto he said it would be here in a month gave us very good price trading in my old car kept us informed through the month as to progress of the car’s arrival and car was delivered within the month went to pick it up and again Peter was great showed us all the controls and explained how everything worked I have not had such good service when buying a car and would use them again and recommend Brayleys houghton Regis to anyone the car is great to comes with a seven year warranty which I don’t think other companies offer all in all a very happy customer thank you Brayleys

Helpful friendly service, really listened to what I was looking for and I was never rushed to make a decision.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful but on this occasion, have so far failed to rectify a communication problem with a recently purchased, albeit 2nd owner, EV.
Hopefully they will be more successful on the next visit.
Have been to them a number of times with a previously owned Kia Hybrid and always received good service. They are part of the reason to purchase another Kia car.
