Excellent customer service. Car was booked in for service and MOT. I paid a little extra to have my car collected and returned to my home address. This is a hassle free and very convenient way to have a car serviced.

Our car was recently serviced at Brayleys Harpenden.
Collected from home which is great service as so many garages don’t offer this. We pay for this but well worth it.
Kept up to date & sent a video. Did the MOT & returned all cleaned. Very polite & excellent service. We use every year .

3rd year Mazda Service+MOT: Arranging a Collection & Delivery of my Mazda CX5 for its 3rd year service & First MOT was an easy process- though need to give plenty of notice to guarantee a Collection/Delivery on a specific date. Car collected early on the day by a very courteous driver. Phone call early afternoon to say completed, all good & that car would be returned within the next half hour. Also provided a video of the service by email so I could what had been done. All in all a first rate experience. Will be repeating this process next year.

I originally bought my Mazda from Brayley's Harpenden and have them service and MOT it every year.
Arranging the booking was easy and even accommodated the day I wanted.
Check in is quick and easy. Once the work starts you are sent a short video showing the underneath of the vehicle a an issues pointed out, although you do not get the hard sell to have additional work carried.
Once ready the car is cleaned inside and out and at pick up, all work is explained along with details on advisory work for the future.

Prompt courteous service. Collection and return was a great help.

Works carried out to advised cost, no issues whatsoever, I requested an earlier return time and you delivered that in spades. Car cleaned and hoovered, so all is good with the world. The only minor niggle was the digital service record not having been kept up to date. Hopefully this will be remedied.

It was a stress free experience as Brayleys are operating a new on line system both pre and post the service. Even got pictures of the underside of my car so I could see what they were explaining

I had to call a recovery company to rescue my car. Brayleys said they would accept it. They did despite being booked up with work. Also despite warning me it could take several days to get around to working on it they managed to fix it the same day.
Better than a five star experience in my opinion.
