Went for a minor service ave MOT. Second time at Brayleys Altrincham. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Service prompt, efficient and communication excellent throughout the whole process. Kelly ann was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased with the whole visit. Thank you

Took our car in for it's service, the Staff were Pleasant and Very helpful, during the service I received a Video of the vehicle inspection, so that i could see if there were any issues. The service was completed within the expected time, and they even gave our car a Valet before handing me her keys, All in All, Very Happy with their Service.

I dropped the car off & went shopping, they said it would be 3-30 minutes & said it would be ready then ,but rang me 3hrs later to say it was ready which was a pleasant surprise. Paula is very welcoming.

I had a great experience at Brayleys Nissan Altrincham. Members of staff, Luke and Reece, were very clear about what was available to me for my budget, how the buying process worked, and what the timeliness would be for me to receive the vehicle.

Great reception, and good guidance given eg highlighted the importance of warrant and everything was great. However the process can be little quicker if possible.

Don't expect any after sales. Expect the manager to ghost you and just hope you go away so having waited the 8 weeks needed I will now be going to the Ombudsman.

Their customer service is always very good and staff are very helpful.

The sevice team at Brayley's really took care of me. Paula especially was patient and kind enough to put me through with my requirements.
