Transparent and Efficient
Transparency and efficiency were key to my 5-star experience rating. Granted the car I put in for the major service is only 2 years old, but given the set up and professional approach during the whole process I have no reason to doubt that the service would be consistent. I will always return to Brayleys.

Great service and care
Felt like a personal and individual approach was taken. Much time and care was taken to discuss any issues that were found, and with honesty about when the work would need to be done and suggesting different levels and costs. I like the shared video of my car, showing me which areas were fine and which needed work, and why. All the staff I dealt with made my appointment and all communication with me seem important to them. Great customer service and care, more than any other garage I have dealt with.

I dropped my car off and asked if it could be ready by lunch time they said they would do their best which they did and the car was ready for me to collect at 11am

I trust these guys and gals
Most people would tell you dealerships are not be trusted they will over price any work that maybe required on your vehicle at Brayleys Nissan Coventry is contrary to the generalisation. Brayleys Nissan Coventry has looked after me, the service, staff level of customer service I cannot fault and that is why I keep coming back every year because I know my vehicle and I will be looked after very well. I hope to buy car from them one day.

We had an issue with the car
We had an issue with the car, were something came up on the car, so when Zaff booked the car in there was a recall on the car that we wasn't told about no email or letter in the post, this is the 2nd time that you have had the car and no has wash it, even on the 1st service.
Please make sure that the car is washed on the next visit.

As part of our sustainability initiative, we’ve removed the traditional wash and vac that used to accompany a service or MOT as part of our commitment to a more environmentally responsible approach. In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment. We appreciate your feedback and hope the quality of your service met expectations.

Booked in for Air conditioning. Service with a smile
Booked in for Air conditioning to be sorted.
A very pleasant mechanic explained what he had done but was not completely happy with the outcome.
He said he would look at something else if I was happy to wait another 40 minutes.
Success . He was so helpful and I left feeling happy to drive away with a perfectly functioning air conditioning.
He also told me to return and ask for him if I wasn't completely satisfied with the work .
Excellent service from the moment I entered the building.
