Overall good service on purchase of used Suzuki.
We had some hiccups due to departure of salesman who was handling our purchase but replacement was efficient and pro-active.

I rang to book my car in for service which I have had done couple times now when I rang I explained that I didn’t mind bringing my car as early as possible and realise it could take 3-4 hours as it was 6 year service plus MOT but couldn’t afford to be without the car all day as I was the main carer fir my 93 year old mother with Alzhimers , for the life of me I can’t see that if I brought it in at 8.30-9 am it wouldn’t be ready by 1.30 the latest and I would hang around the areas while they were doing it as it’s to for me to go home again and on top of that it would cost around £630 very expensive and the man I spoke to suggested I could hire a car from them as wouldn’t be ready till late afternoon around 4pm and with car hire would bring it well over £700
I understand they have set prices ( which I can ill afford but on top of that wouldn’t try to accommodate my request to have it ready around 1.30 or earlier plus the person on the phone had a terrible manner and when I rang the second time to see if there was a cheaper service I was told there wasn’t Suzuki had to have 6 year service which is probably true but from his tone I felt like he couldn’t be doing with this type of customer query the prices I don’t know if he realised it or not , I liked going there but no way I can afford to pay over £700 just because they can’t do my car first thing in the morning , so sadly I feel this company has gone down hill

This was my first time using this company. I went by the previous reviews and agree this is a great company. First impressions walking in there were good, very friendly and welcoming. The lady on reception was pleasant. Had my car serviced, which was good and quick. Definitely going back there.

There was no pressure like those big showrooms. Luke was great and we going to miss him.

They call/email you non stop to book a service which is fab, but once you have booked there is no reminder and its very hard to get hold of someone. I brought my car in at 9.30am, it didn't get looked at until 12.30pm, what should have been a 2 hour job turned into a 4, even that was because I chased them to let me go as I had been waiting in the office all day, not the greatest service.

Very poor Customer Service

I arrived to the service desk for my appointment. There were two male staff on their reception desk with no customer before me. They neither acknowledged my arrival but continued to attend to their paperwork. I timed myself to see how long will it take for them to acknowledge me. Extremely poor and rude customer service! Furthermore there was no receptionist at reception to greet a visitor. Since the new take over service has gone rapidly down hill.

Staff customer service was top tier, I felt comfortable while doing my transaction and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Well done all.

Reiss found us the exact car we were looking for, and we had to “commit” without seeing it, but he was also willing to take my Sport without seeing it. He was always at the end of the phone to answer questions and reassurance, and couldn’t be more welcoming after our long drive to the dealership. Thrilled with my new Sport, VERY happy!

Ewa Hendon was excellent extremely professional, had excellent communication and listening skills. Ewa was excellent in knowledge of mobility scheme.Answered all questions l asked made sure l complete understand everything so l could make an informed consent.lt was so informative and easy definitely made me feel special. I was delighted and so excited to get the car l want. Explain everything about it so felt very confident absolutely love my car a Suzuki swift. A real credit to this company. I definitely recommend using these.
