Abysmal Customer Service they sent me the wrong product. I have had a battle for the last week trying to send the product back. All they do is push me from pills post and expect me to talk to their delivery company to organise a code which I still haven’t got I’ve begged for answers. I’m a vulnerable person and it’s made me feel super stressed. I’d never order for them again. They’re an absolute

II made an honest mistake ordering - I needed a satnav for Mercedes and ordered a central control panel for Mercedes instead. That was my error.
My issue is what happened next. The email linked to the order from breakeryard.com had absolutely nothing about how to return a product if not satisfied. When the box arrived, there were no instructions inside, no returns label, no returns slip, nothing.
For a vulnerable person awaiting major surgery, this is where their communication completely failed. I was left with immense stress trying to figure out how to return it, chasing for a returns address.
Item was eventually returned on Wednesday, but only after a huge amount of unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided with a simple returns note in the box or on the email.
Businesses need to support customers when mistakes happen, not abandon them.
They continue to harass me trying to get me to take down my honest review which feels like bullying and intimidation to me. They even claim that the review wasn’t for their company which it was.

We have completed our investigation into the situation, and the seller has confirmed that the part was ordered incorrectly. While they would normally be happy to assist with return postage, they feel that, as the incorrect part was ordered by you, it is your responsibility to cover the return postage in order to receive a full refund.
We agree that the seller has not done anything wrong and has tried to assist you with your order.
Please see the seller’s response below. We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry to hear that you feel aggrieved by the way you have been treated. We take such concerns very seriously. However, on this occasion, both Breakeryard and the seller have done everything they can to assist you with your purchase and explain how to return the item. You will receive a full refund once the part has been returned.
As mentioned in our previous emails, when a customer’s complaint is reasonable, we always cover the return expense or offer compensation. However, in this case, it appears to be a standard right of withdrawal, where the buyer is responsible for sending the goods back.

Great experience
After registering and requesting an item, I was contacted quickly with quotations. I then made contact with one of the sellers, they also responded quickly. Payment was made and I received the item the following week. The item is in good condition.
