1 light assembly missing but i contacted and had it delivered 2 days later. The guy who answered phone on both occassiins was polite an knowledgable. A good positive experience all around. They are in my contact list if i need anything else.

Within about 5 minutes of putting my request in for a car part, the phone rang from a company offering the said part at a reasonable rate. Solved my problem!

[ Update 21 July ]. Had an issue where I was unable to return an item as emails (only way to contact) were not being answered. After comment on Trust pilot, the owner kindly rang and is addressing the issue. Have updated the rating in the interim, in the hope of a successful resolution.

They followed up after the quote to make the purchase seemless. Was assured from all fact that i was getting the right part so I had no reason to doubt. To my amazement i was asked if I was ok with the price which was quite cheap than i could ever think of. The order was also delivered promptly by the next working day with zero fee paid for shipment. They did not leave me at it but still called to followup if i had received the order and if it really met my need. This experrience was awesome and top nutch.

Ordered front headlight c250 was sent back light c250, part was ordered on 13 April sent back wrong part and this is when my troubles started. Phoned 26 times and 20 emails and WhatsApp messages each time being told he would pay!! June 12 received £100 should have been £249,so phoned again, they said they would pay!! As usual they didn't pay. June 24 told he would pay and he was working till 6pm, no payment. So spoke to him on wap app told to ring in morning, don't no why l had to phone as all he had to do is pay me. After this l decided to write a review, he then rang me on 25 June and said if l took review down he would pay me £100 and that he would pay £46 on Friday, which he paid me £100, so l took the review down on26 June as l was working late and had a hospital appointment the next day, so l did it in the evening. Text on Saturday no reply, rang on 29 June and was told he wasn't in the office and will pay tomorrow. As he paid me from his personal account he could have payed, PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. A BIG THANK YOU TO BREAKYARD FOR READING MY VIEW AND RINGING STRAIGHT AWAY AND SORTING MY PROBLEM OUT AND RETURNING MY MONEY, WILL BE USEING AGAIN, THANKS ALAN

Ordering item was straight forward. Apart from a minor payment issue with my card so had to use PayPal instead it all went really smoothing. Parcel was sent out fast and item was well packaged. Would use seller again as price and the service was top class. Thank you very much.
