Resposta da Brewers Decorator Centres - Alnwick
The team at our Alnwick store will be thrilled to receive such a great rating, thank you. Hope to see you again soon!
Pathetic
Ordered on line, showing 2 of the items i wanted to purchase, went to pick up at depot to be informed that they didn't have any in stock and they would get it in after the weekend.
Very disappointed to travel to depot when they could of informed me immediately that it was out of stock. Absolutely fuming but could not vent my feelings because the poor woman that had to inform me I had wasted my time was lovely.

Good Afternoon
I'm sorry to read your review and to hear about the miscommunication with your order. We can normally order the product from another branch to arrive within a couple of days but understand you needed the product sooner. I have been in touch with the store manager and am aware that you have had a full refund for this product. Apologies again for any inconvenience and we hope to welcome you back in the future.
Kind regards,
Ellie

First time buying paint from Brewers…
First time buying paint from Brewers but not the last . Helpful , efficient and knowledgeable , the manageress made what is normally a costly and stressful experience quite relaxed , almost pleasant ! Our bill came to less than we expected thanks to alternative recommendations . Would not consider another supplier now .
