Such a patient & helpful sales assistant. The wallpaper I had chosen online turned out to be unsuitable & refund was hassle free.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Unfortunately the paint I ordered from colour card isn't quite what I'd envisaged, seems paler.
Otherwise pleased with my supplies.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service
Had a very bad experience here which having spent thousands of pounds over the last few years was a complete surprise as the staff I dealt with previously were always very good however this experience has stopped me ever wanting to go into any Brewers again I was told I could return a product which I explained in full at the time was a mixed paint product and did not require a refund would but use on other products however and when I did they refused to do it but in such a way that was very intimidating in a shop full of customers and other staff and the person in question totally invaded my space which concerned me greatly regarding Covid regulations, supporting retail businesses during the pandemic has been important for me but this has made me feel that at least on line I would not have to endure this

Resposta da Brewers Decorator Centres - Banbury
Hi DB
Your concerns have been fed back to the store and I understand they have been in touch.
I'm sorry that this visit did not meet our usual high levels of service that you've experienced on your previous visits and hope we are able to welcome you back to the store in the future.
Kind regards
Nicky
Just so very helpful at Banbury
Their friendly, detailed and carefully-considered approach to solving my problem of matching a 20-yr-old paint made me wish that all retail experiences could be like this. Absolutely first class.
